I have been seeing Dr Heaton and his wonderful staff for many years and my quality of life is much better because of it! I met Carmina about 10 years ago when I needed therapy for my neck pain caused by work/repetitive motion. I worked almost exclusively with her for months and always felt better not just when I left but from the moment that I walked in the door. She has a genuine smile and is passionate about helping people to feel better. She doesn't just tell you what to do and then observe (or leave). She gets down on the matt with you and demonstrates, making sure that you are getting the most from your therapy! I am working again with Dr. Heaton, Carmina and the rest of the exceptional staff and am confident that my outcome will be as favorable as it was back then!
