Not a bad spot to make a delivery. I had a 0700 appt time. I was out of there at 0830. I got there the night before my appointment. I was able to find a spot to park in between two of their dropped trailers. That might not always be available so keep that in mind when going there. Safe travels

To be honest I didn't had a bad experience fast loading they got me in and out....

Completely CHAOS!!! You need an appointment time if you have a full load, but "don't worry" lots of locals get ahead of you and some other appointment even behind you ....... got a door 1h after appointment time, 0.5h to start on me and 2.5h to unload ...... a total of 4h after my appointment time, I needed to use "personal conveyance" to get to the closest parking. RIDICULOUS!!!

Loading in 2h but they don't make apt for delivery. Picked the load here and delivering to Exact Packaging at 1000 S Deerfield Rd, Pontiac, IL 61764. They said the company didn't make apt for delivery so i have to wait here for them to squeeze me between other apts. I'll avoid picking up here in future.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. They unloaded me 4 hours later. Avoid this place !

Hostile environment. This company runs over capacity and drivers have nowhere to wait. Tempers flare and company employees are not attempting to make any effort to make it better.
