We have had Provalue for over 4 years. We have just recently moved to another house and decided to keep using Provalue. When I have issues, they always call to check in and see how things are or see if I have had any other issues. Our most recent experience was with Jeff, a technician, who did our install at our new house. He has literally gone above and beyond what he should have and we sincerely appreciate their dedication to their customers. Keep it up!!

The website offers specials for online shopping of their services, but the website doesn't work. That doesn't say very much for their products. How can a town like Stillwater have so few choices for internet service?
My girlfriend has it in the Morrison area. It hardly ever works. Turns itself off constantly. When it does work, it is very very slow. Almost useless. If this is your only option for internet, I would still suggest not wasting your money.
Excellent customer service. They're very responsive when there's an issue. They've done an excellent job ensuring that their service is working throughout the pandemic when we've worked from home and our children have had school from home.
Provalue has been excellent in terms of service and reliability. I wish every company I dealt with was as easy to work with. The reliability is very impressive in the almost 2 years I have been a customer I have experienced ZERO service interruptions.
I use my phone hotspot more than my home WiFi. It is slower than a turtle walking backwards uphill. Not worth the time or money if you live in the country.
Fantastic service. 2 year now & only 1 or 2 very small issues that they were extremely quick to take care of after a quick phone call or visit to their office when I was downtown anyway. Thanks!
Service is great, never had a problem with them. Only time I haven't had there service it was because it wasn't offered in my area. Any other time i have been with them and would recomend PVN to anyone looking for affordable internet service.
We had some rough patches in the past with stability and speed issues, but it seems they ended up getting everything sorted out. We now have stable and reliable internet. Keep up the good work!
Receptionist was a little hard to hear because counter was high and she was looking down while talking, not really her fault. Service is supposed to be good.
We've been happy customers of Provalue since November of 2013. Since we live in rural Oklahoma it's hard to find good internet service. We've used satellite internet in the past and it didn't end well. Provalue does a professional set up and there customer service is amazing!! Anytime I've had any concerns, problems or techy stuff going on they help me out tremendously. As with any technology you can have an occasional hiccup but they always get us up and running in no time. We've have had several internet providers try to sway us to use them but we send them on their way. Provalue is THE one for our family!! Our monthly price for our internet usuage can't be beat!! Provalue users for life!!
The staff is great, and the connection is pretty reliable. We rarely have outages and when we do they are usually fixed quickly. However, the service is WAY more expensive than I have ever paid anywhere else and is barely able to handle 2 Netflix/Hulu streams without buffering. UPDATE: ProValue contacted me regarding this review and addressed my concerns. I agree that rural connections will always be inferior to and cost more than those in a metro. I was also offered the top tier of service that will probably solve any buffering issues. Just further proof of why I originally said that the staff is great. They care about their quality and the satisfaction of their customers. You cant ask for anything better from a service company. I hope that they can make improvements to the equipment in the future to meet the very high digital demands of a typical customer, without having to subscribe to top tier service that is priced more like what i'm accustomed to paying for business/commercial level service. Will continue to highly recommend to anyone in a rural area.
ProValue.net is a great service, they offer great internet plans. The signal is fantastic my downloads are quick, and I can actually use my firestick with this service . Thank you provalue.net for coming into my life.

About every other week I have to call because services either don t connect or are not at the speed I am paying for. Each week it s something new with my services that I need to fix. After 9 months of service I still can t get someone out here to get the situation handled. Somehow my router or radio is always brought up. Everyone on the street has this provider yet I m the only one that keeps having problems.
Update a few months after writing this review, they got me switched to the right tower as well as monitored my services and have faster service as well as minimum disconnects.
Loving in a rual area we have tried a different company that was terrible. We got no service and when trying to talk to someone we got nothing. With pro value net we have perfect service. I even got service for my mother in law they fixed her up and added it right onto my account with no issues. I refer anyone looking for internet to pro value net! My mother also has and it works perfectly.
We are a new technology business in the Stillwater area. We will often be the specifier for broadband services for our customer. Our internet went down over a week ago. We have called in several times during business hours and after to get help with the issue. Each customer service technician goes through the exact same steps no matter how many times we try to tell them we have gone through the steps numerous times already. The scripted responses are incredibly annoying and non-helpful. All they want to say is the problem is with the Ethernet cable or the router. We replaced both and still having the problem! We try to explain to them that the lights on the satellite are showing no signal and they argue with you. We have repeatedly asked to speak with managers and have been told they are busy or not available. We have requested a certified technician come and check out the problem and have had no response. At this point I would NOT recommend this company.
