I got protect my car. They make everything sounds real good but soon as my car broke down they blamed me for the problems and wouldn t repair my car. They tried to offer me a deal on the part and told my I needed to cover it. They just want your money. I would not recommend protect my car to no one. It s a scam!!!!
Just make sure you know what your getting yourself into. Asking questions may not help you, if only given half information. They have a sales pitch and will tell you just enough to make the sale. When it comes down to what is right and what is wrong to keep you a customer, they will say everything you need to hear and even give you advice that will benefit you. This is what they do, then if you get mislead by them and try to confront or explain, there is no compassion or concern for the consumer, just another charge to add salt to the wound and they even expect the consumer to be grateful for that. CR in a company can make or break them, most of the time, and angry consumer just needs to vent and feel like they are being heard when they had been may have been wronged. Sadly my last representative thought she needed to over talk and argue with me, even though I told her that it wasn t her that I was upset about, didn t stop her from overriding my concerns with her words of disregarding them. They claim the calls are being recorded for training purposes, hopefully they can use that one as what not to say to an upset/confused consumer. This would be a great insurance to have if they don t leave critical information out during the initial call, and when you get your packet it the mail .read it. Sounds like a duh moment, but life happens, and things get over looked. Read reviews on BBB.
I was told everything was covered after. 30 days then u pay 100 deductible and it's all covered with free maintenance brakes oil change and towing and car rentals I got no info sent to me till after 30 days I didn't get any email confirmation I finally got two cards that are useless that just give me two numbers for one is a repair hotline and other a tow hotline and I can't even reach th right now to cancel so how would they tow my car if they have no one available to answer the phone

Having stored your receipts in a vanilla folder or archived them on your electronic will help protect in your case when things do go wrong.
Please be diligent and read your policy booklet, your owners manual for your specific vehicle that you ll be insuring with them, and have a rental agreement with another insurance company. In specific circumstance it took 2-3 months for my rental reimbursement of $210 to be mailed to my home.
This company is not great with communication regardless if you are a policy holder. Be careful. If you abide by the guidelines and hold on to your receipts you ll never have the feeling of rolling the dice while interacting with them.

This company lacks integrity. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. After they kept me on the hook for a week because their inspector was on vacation and they couldn t find another vendor because I live in a remote area (Minneapolis-St. Paul), I called them again and they suddenly decided my repair wasn t covered. Stay away from Protect My Car, the only thing they are worried about is protecting their wallets!
Do not use this company you will regret it.They will come with any details to avoid fixing any issues with the vehicle..All these good reviews are proably fake just to get people to sign up.Shield is the same dont go their.Congress need to regulate these type of companies but again its in Florida anything goes
I never leave reviews but Protect My Car does deserve it! The service is amazing! I was a bit hesitant because you think that it s too good to be true. However, they stand by their word.
Their representatives are nothing short of awesome. For example, I must of asked 500 questions to Tyler Cally. Tyler was amazing! He was patient, kind, informative, graceful and gave amazing advice for me as well as my family. Tyler s education on cars in general and the Protect My Car company was stellar at best! I kind of wish Tyler was my personal representative.
Lastly, don t hesitate on this. I purchased the warranty for a car that I just got for my son. The peace of mind is totally worth it s weight in gold!
I loved working for protect my car. Until they shuffled things around and changed my manager. I had enjoyed coming in knowing I could work hard and still have fun. Since Daniel took over it became non stop micromanagement as if we are in the military. It was just too intense for me. I chose to work for a company not to be in the military. Since leaving I feel as though I can breath again. I hope management realizes that this type of intense management definitely doesn't make for a positive experience and I know I am not the only one who feels that way.
NATHAN Gonzalez Is is the absolute epitome of customer service!!.. My mechanic literally "raved" about how well the coverage is over and protect my car. Nathan treated me like paparazi does a mogul at a photo shoot!!! I highly recommend protect my car to everyone.. And hopefully you will be fortunate enough To experience Nathan Gonzalez! What an asset and privilege it is for protect my car to have him!!!!!!
