Just make sure you know what your getting yourself into. Asking questions may not help you, if only given half information. They have a sales pitch and will tell you just enough to make the sale. When it comes down to what is right and what is wrong to keep you a customer, they will say everything you need to hear and even give you advice that will benefit you. This is what they do, then if you get mislead by them and try to confront or explain, there is no compassion or concern for the consumer, just another charge to add salt to the wound and they even expect the consumer to be grateful for that. CR in a company can make or break them, most of the time, and angry consumer just needs to vent and feel like they are being heard when they had been may have been wronged. Sadly my last representative thought she needed to over talk and argue with me, even though I told her that it wasn t her that I was upset about, didn t stop her from overriding my concerns with her words of disregarding them. They claim the calls are being recorded for training purposes, hopefully they can use that one as what not to say to an upset/confused consumer. This would be a great insurance to have if they don t leave critical information out during the initial call, and when you get your packet it the mail .read it. Sounds like a duh moment, but life happens, and things get over looked. Read reviews on BBB.
