Excellent customer service. The representative was knowledgeable with great interpersonal skills. She assisted me in resolving two problems while on the chat. Then she helped me with an order for some additional equipment. I have always experienced great results when working with the customer support personnel.

I've only had positive experiences with Protect America. Their staff is friendly and helpful, and they took the time to make sure I had all of my questions answered and that all of my equipment was working correctly. I am extremely happy with their customer service and the home security system I purchased.

We have had our security system for about 4 months...

We have had our security system for about 4 months. It works wonderfully, and customer service is great! We needed one of our sensors replaced, and Dave provided excellent customer service via the chat online option.

I ve been with this company for security equipment...

I ve been with this company for security equipment and monitoring for over 7 years. I ve chosen to renew a 3 year contract with them twice now. While the landscape of home security continues to evolve, I have found their pricing to be competitive for monitoring, especially since they warranty all equipment. Customer service is truly outstanding and has continued to improve through technology over the years. Chat and self help is a real time saver!

As a 7 year customer I discovered over two weeks a...

As a 7 year customer I discovered over two weeks ago that my system went down. I've tried numerous times over the past two weeks to reach customer support, but they have vanished - for at least two weeks! It's as if the company has gone bankrupt. You can't even place a call or log into the system! A company like this should be available 24/7, but this company has apparently abandon paying customers. Buyer beware!!!

Very thorough and helpful customer service every time we contact them. Typically the only time we need to contact them is to complete system testing. When ever we have had an equipment problem a replacement is quickly sent to us. They are helpful with installing the new equipment as well. We have been with them for seven years, and do not plan on changing.

So, I changed my internet carrier, but I didn't no...

So, I changed my internet carrier, but I didn't notice that my camera wasn't working until much later. I tried to spy my house remotely and could not get it to come through. I finally called Protect America, actually, chatted through the site, and I got fixed up right away!
This was just too easy and well done.

Initial contact was very helpful and friendly with...

Initial contact was very helpful and friendly with no pressure to include sensors and services I did not desire. Amazingly fast delivery. Installation process was fool proof, quick and easy to accomplish. Protect America, Inc. has the latest and best equipment and service. After three weeks I am already certain we made the right choice. We just returned from a five day trip and I never once worried about the security of our home and property. We also use it at night as life insurance. We did get the monitored fire alarm too.
