When I wanted to cancel the company, they did not contact me until I submitted a BBB complaint. They totally ignored me. They took my money quick, but when you need help they are not helpful and hard to get a hold of. I canceled their service and they also will not refund me the money that I pre-paid with them. Go with another website company!
OK so where do we start...? First off we wanted to say thank you very much to Natalie Webb for having the patience dealing with our multiple phone calls asking WAY too many questions, her being there when we needed and even though it was 8 months later before we pulled the trigger she was just as helpful and informative. Next was Tracy Avila, also extremely helpful with questions about the new website, including how to change things (which is easy BTW), what things the website can do as well as the customization available. We were also very happy to hear that if there is something we want changed but are unsure how to change ourselves, Prosites would be able to do the changes for us (at no charge) and on top of that have the changes done in 24hrs!! Next is Zeina Elabdallah who was very helpful with getting us started on the right track of claiming our business accounts on places like google, yelp and others to help keep our information current. Very happy that if a client puts a review on our website they can get the option to share it to Google, Yelp and even Facebook. We are reluctant to say finally cause we assume there will be more help we need in the future, but Nate Rings was extremely helpful (you see a pattern here?) in getting our domain over to prosites, he spent multiple phone calls and I can't count how many minutes on those calls trying to help us get this handled. He even followed up to check on the status of things, sending multiple e-mails to confirm information and more. I cannot really say enough about how much they all helped us, and if this starting point is anything like how the relationship will be in the future we are looking forward to it. In addition we have had zero trouble getting a hold of anyone on the prosites team, we cannot really say that about many companies but again thank you!

Shaun at Prosites is great. My son designed and helped me with my first website. It was nice but limited. I switch over to the more impressive, responsive and complaint Prosite system. I own and brought with me several domains and email addresses. Shaun ( the genius I call him) was immensely helpful and patient in sorting these out for me. Because I'm an old guy and graduated in the era when PFM meant 'problems fusing to metal' I did something really dumb to of these domains. From the symptoms, Shaun knew exactly what I had done and helped me fix it. The most impressive part about Shaun is he that periodical checked it throughout that day to be sure it stayed fixed.
