Our Prosites representatives are very professional. They communicate very effectively and resolves issues in a timely manner. They are very informative as well. Even though we don't physically see each other, they make it easy via email and phone call.
Prosites has hired very nice hard working young people to do the work but their website and SEO package is difficult to customize. I had to spend hours reviewing the website they designed and correcting basic things that should be correct to begin with and still the website is very generic. They also supposedly are managing my social media, which is Facebook only by the way. The posts on Facebook are stock videos with generic content that at best will not damage my business's presence on social media. In order to do any customization you have to do the work yourself. They don't even suggest any relevant material for the time ( for example messages about COVID-19 to patients) unless you ask for it yourself. So for $611 per month for a year I get stock photos and videos and SEO which is possibly not relevant at this time of social distancing and business being closed. As a business owner I understand Prosites business model: nice responsive young employees but I also believe you have to provide quality service and product. the three star will not damage Prosites google reputation but I hope they think about improving their products instead of using the same outdated stock products they have used for years.

Excellent support and service! Crystal McNeal was very helpful on my tech support call today! She was able to assist me with our new email address change on our practice website. In addition to my request that she update our email address when patients request an appointment, she went above and beyond to also identify other areas on our website that also linked to our old email address such as our notification of "google review and contact us". My Pro Sites account manager, Melissa Ovale, referred me to Nathan for assistance in getting G Suite off the ground for my practice, particularly in its interface with the ProSites domain that manages the actual website. Although Google is a fantastic product, and supposedly very user friendly, I find that (perhaps due to a generational gap) their "informative" digital efforts often leave me in the dark, and speaking with a human brain that can discern that I am a bit behind the times is often difficult if not impossible. Enter Nate, who instantly realizes I am an elder that responds to different cues, provides the explanatory basis, and assists/is available for the whole process until the obstacles are behind us. Did it take a long time? Was it an investment of hours on his part? No and no. But he wanted to help, to get it done, and knew the "buttons" to push and in what sequence. That's where the proverbial "rubber hits the road", and that's where, unfortunately, many companies fail. Perhaps the pride of manufacture has been somewhat eroded in the last couple of decades in our country, but our service economy needs to follow examples like this so that we can continue to excel in services. I was referred to ProSites by Evan Farnum, and I am very happy I chose to work with them instead of a much ballyhooed, flashier, and more expensive competitor. An unprofessional, run down building houses this business. Multiple workers are crammed into small offices meant for 1 person, yet 3-4 people sit there in sub standard conditions. If they treat their own employees like that, you can only imagine what happens to their "clients". Company says one thing, does another...

My experience with them was bad, they have good customer service but I did not achieve anything, things take time with them, they use templates for all their customers , I found that one of my competitors few miles away with the same template and same colors , waste of money , try to find another company And don t sign a contract

The money that I spent on ProSite's SEO services is the worst investment in my 35 years of practicing dentistry. In one year of using their SEO services, my keyword rankings have shown negligible improvement. PC users have to scroll over three pages to find me and mobile users have to scroll to the 28th dentist to find me. In the last year, only three new patients listed the internet as their referral source. Spend your money on direct advertising before contracting with ProSites SEO services.

Pattie our customer service specialist was excellent. She was professional, thorough, gave great ideas, and remained in contact with our office during the entire process. The design team was backlogged when we needed changes to be made to our site, however, Pattie suggested other tweaks in the meantime and stayed in touch while we were waiting. If she was unable to assist with our request, she would forward the need elsewhere and consistently follow up until we were satisfied. Pattie was courteous, knowledgable, and capable. She gets FIVE STARS. I'm only giving four stars because there was a bit of a wait to hear back from the design team multiple times in the beginning and we are still waiting for a better design for one of our pages. All in all, once the ball got rolling it was smooth sailing -overall good experience.
