Had an MRI at ProScan Imaging Greenwood! Deb & Madison made the experience as pleasant as an MRI could be. Deb did not seem irritated at all that i had not filled out the forms i should have before-hand; she readied an ipad and the forms for me to fill out & readily answered all the questions i had about the forms. She made sure i had all the resources i needed while filling out the forms; she was very pleasant all the way around. Madison too was especially pleasant as well as ensuring my safety, ensuring i had no metal on me & providing only what i needed in the way of garments; making sure i was warm enough & checking on me many times, all the way through the process to make sure i was ok & letting me know how much longer it would take, etc. She let me know when the results would be available to the ordering doctors/personnel & that they would be in contact with me within a reasonable period, etc. Madison was extremely pleasant & re-assuring about & all the way through the process...it was much appreciated!!
