My grandmother had covid and didn t provide any care for her. She wasn t even there for 24 hours. She went there early in the morning like 1-3 am. They sent her back home the same the day. So I DONT PREFER PROVIDENCE FOR COVID PATIENTS.

My niece had to bring my great niece to Providence...

My niece had to bring my great niece to Providence ER last night per her pediatrician s orders. She was running high fever with an elevated white cell count and needed an X-ray. The personnel and nurses were horrible to her. They actually told her that X-ray was closed. This baby is only 21 months old. Her pediatrician said for them to not stay in the waiting room. The person who she was dealing with told her she had to and they actually called security on my niece when she was trying to console my great niece from having blood taken and they wanted her attention. She left and went to Women and Children s. The ER at Providence should be ashamed.

Was refused service unless I paid $150 up front because they didn't consider my issue an emergency. I came in this past Saturday with an abscess. They gave me antibiotics and naproxen. I had been taking the antibiotics like I was supposed to, but haven't had any change in my condition. Haven't been able to eat or sleep since Saturday. Came back because the pain was unbearable, not for pain medicine just to see if I could get some stronger antibiotics. I came to the E.R because I can't afford an oral surgeon to pull my tooth. Then when I spoke up about my feelings the security guard told me to leave or she would taze me.

My boyfriend was brought in via ambulance last night due to a terrible automobile accident. Every nurse, staff member and doctor we met had EXCEPTIONAL bed side manners. We're not from here, and didn't expect such great service because of expectations back home, but Providence proved to be unlike the rest. Thanks so everyone for caring for him last night, it's greatly appreciated

I was rushed in from the ambulance from my doctor ...

I was rushed in from the ambulance from my doctor because I was told I needed immediate care. I was struggling to breathe and was passing out/ starting to see colors. The nurse said because my oxygen levels were fine I should just try to breathe . I didn t get seen until hours later. Multiple people saw what was going on and were upset as well. When I got taken back my nurse forgot to check on me so I was just sitting there with an empty IV in my arm. Staff doesn't care. ALSO they prescribed me medication together that would make my symptoms worse. Just go to university. Worst experience of my entire life. If someone is passing in and out on your bathroom floor, hyperventilating in your waiting room, and was rushed in by an ambulance, I think that s something to be taken seriously. I don t see why people choose this job if they think it s okay to treat people the way they were. My EMTS were wonderful though.
