My apartment complex had left the windows open in the apartment above me during single-digit weather and a pipe burst and flooded my apartment. Property Restoration came out in the late afternoon and were absolutely awesome. They went above and beyond helping me move stuff to another vacant unit and helping me salvage as much as I could before they went to work saving the apartment. They were professional and friendly and were the only brightspot in an otherwise terrible day. I couldn't recommend them enough.
They were always there for when i called them to react to an emergency. Always answered the phone and were on site very quickly. The were able to handle multiple site at one time.

Property Restoration arrived within 90 minutes of an overflowing washing machine, water pouring into the basement. The team that arrived was prompt, courteous and got most of the mess cleaned up. Fans and other equipment were placed everywhere and the hardwood floors were saved, thanks to their speedy arrival. They came back daily for the next four days until the job was completely done. I'd use them again if I ever have another problem.
Top Notch! I had a water line break I was away and it ran for days. Once found I called Property Restoration and a crew was on site within a couple hours. The crew is amazing. They are kind, knowledgeable and have explained what they are doing and have answered all of my questions. They treat my items as if they were their own. During this difficult time with mold, they have put my mind at ease. The employees are happy and enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend this company for restoration, I could not be more pleased.
After a bit of a water dilemma that occurred around 6:00 PM that sent water down through 3 levels of our house, I called Property Restoration and they had 4 guys (properly masked due to COVID) here before 8:00 PM. They were thorough and explained everything about what to expect next. Seeing as we had about 4 dehumidifiers and 6 floor fans and three curious kids, knowing the plan was critical! I'm in the insurance business, and can say that in a pinch having a responsive restoration company, is so important. It can be the difference between a manageable issue, where you can still sleep in your house that night, and a much worse issue causing you and your family to seek another place to sleep. Highly recommended.

The team at Property Restoration is top notch and I have used them for several years in a row for spring building clean ups. I highly recommend them for any service they advertise. For example, they prepped our building for a floor refinishing and made it as if a new floor was simply installed - no sign of dust, grit, mess anywhere. Also we had a septic back up and the disaster disappeared with their professional staff. Every year they clean our garages and take out the winter salt and mess our vehicles bring in. Had a drain backup in the basement and Property Restoration responded quickly so that not everything was damaged. They also facilitated with information for my insurance company so that I could do a home owners insurance claim. I would definitely use them again if an emergency arose.
Terrible company to work with, very slow, their work day seems to start at 10am. Their painting and drywall skills are that of an 8 year old and they refuse to fix the mistakes. Save yourself the headache!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!
2/2015 while returning from Fl our furnace malfunctioned due to frozen flue chimney. Our bath pipes
burst.flooding the bath floor and a kitchen burst flooding the floor as well . The furnace operated for awhile
then quit. We called Property Restorations and they responded with three heating units and blower fans.
They had to Demo the kitchen and Bath. Our insurance company covered our loss. I applaud the crew and the crew leaders that treated us and worked with us to resolve the Water damage.Kudos Prop Restorations!

Great Company to do business with. Their level of customer service is outstanding, they are punctual, they communicate very well, and the service workers who performed the work were outstanding. I'm the GM of a Marriott branded hotel, and they scheduled the services around the guest patterns so they would no disturb any of our guests while they worked. Staff is well trained, service-oriented, and polished. The results of the carpet cleaning blew me away. We're a pet friendly hotel, in "Salt City," so you can picture the combination of stains we deal with. 4 year old carpet tiles look like they were laid down this week. Top Notch all around.
