Art & Lorraine were extremely responsive and supportive in the moments after my business fire. Art performed the initial site inspection and really gave me piece of mind that they could help me in any capacity I needed and wanted. Lorraine kept me updated each step and supported me when I emotionally was tapped out - she was a gentle place of encouragement and helped me push through being "stuck". Travis and Juan were awesome on site - they were meticulous with the inventory for the insurance company, allowed me time when I was emotionally sapped, super fast and detailed - they had the entire site inventoried, emptied, disposed and cleaned in a few short days, and most importantly helped me find a way to rebuilding my business.
