The previous negative reviews are all for a different Property Masters company. This Property Masters has a team of hardworking, trustworthy pros. Would highly recommend that anyone looking to get the maximum return on their investments work with them!
Towing neighbors car when they park in front of their own house. Every time when I tried to call them, the staff is very unprofessional and acting very rude.
Is hard to get someone to answer you and when you get someone looks like they do not want to work, I called today to ask for my Home association dues statement with the address of my property to show that i am currently and they did not want to provide it. They claimed that the bank that is asking for that contact them. My point is that they barely answer after I called many times, I just think they do not want to work or help the customer. and always been like that.
This property management company will collect your money and do absolutely nothing else. Our neighborhood is allowing "renters" to do practically anything. Homeowners are suffering with unwanted rule breakers concerning operating businesses in their rented homes...etc...etc. WHY DO WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH TRASHY NEIGHBORS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT PROPERTY VALUES ???... WHY PAY DUES IF H.O.A. DOESN'T DO THEIR JOB. Your rules are not enforced at all !!!!!!
Anne Hoskin doesn't even live where PMI works. She moved out a long while ago. She was very biased about PMI during her tenure on the HOA Board. PMI - Jodi Rohrer is the worse for property management. She refuses to provide the insurance information that I requested for the vendor (America Construction Services - aka SP Lopez, LLC - who damaged my roof and it now leaks. This is not an apartment and she thinks she has some right to "SEE" the documentation to determine if I can file a claim. She's delusional. She has had almost 20 months to get our foundation inspected and still nothing is done. The sidewalks and stoops and steps are trip hazards and she does nothing after almost 4 years of complaints. She's even goes to her own "REVIEWS" and gives herself 5 stars because the reviews are so awful. Worthless. The contractors they hire to do work is at best "questionable" and the quality is horrendous - and apparently not insured.

My neighbor parks exactly like we do and the lady stopped by our house and gave us a ticket and looked at my neighbor then just left without giving them a ticket!!!! I was recorded and it happened abut 3 times so I contacted them and they were very rude.
The seal security once kicked me out of my house!!! I was parked outside my house and she stopped by saying i have to leave or she will call cops. I almost had a fight with her but she was lucky i was late for work. Plus the crime rating increased by about %100 ever since they hired seal just as if they hired the criminals.
Jodi and Jennifer at Property masters have been great every time I've spoken with them. They always act in a professional, friendly and prompt manner to solve any problems that I have had. When the ice storm hit they stayed in contact with the residents and helped them get their water back on as quickly as possible as well as overseeing all the repairs that were necessary. I can't recommend them enough! They are great!
This company is not consumer friendly Horrible customer service very rude. I had to paid a $100.00 release information to my title co. on if I pay HOA on time, so now I have to pay another $100.00 for a refinance fee to them to prepare to some so call type of paperwork for my title co. what a joke just monies wasted at a time of need doing covid-19 they should be a shame, but do not about their residents at Chelsea Court
