This company LACKS INTEGRITY. THEIR NURSES ARE HORRIBLE! I had to get service at a better agency! Don't recommend this place!
The Jamaican/Haitian (not sure her nationality/ethnic background) IS COMPLETELY RUDE. She cuts you off constantly when speaking and is very condescending. Regrettably she s the one who answers the phone and greets you when you enter their establishment. How unfortunate! They hardly follow up or give clear instructions on the enrollment process. The assessment nurse was wonderful! The only great experience I had with this place. The only reason I m giving them two stars is because their CDPAS pay is decent. I had to unfortunately switch agencies to help my father but the previous agency was a dream. They were no longer partnered with my dad s MLTC Plan but they were great! They were very professional and up to date. They even had an app to punch in and out and message your coordinator for any concerns or questions. This agency really needs a good revamping.
