ProMedica: The Goerlich Center Reviews

My mother in law is a resident here and gets wonderful care from all the staff.

After years of living with and attempting to care for my Grandmother with advanced Alzheimer's, through her daily help and in-home nursing care, my mother turned to the Goerlich Center.

Our experience was fantastic. My grandmother was cared for in an experienced yet delicate manner. She had her own room where she could include a number of her own items to comfort her. The facilities provided a secure system to prevent her from wandering or unauthorized entry.

I would highly suggest Goerlich to anyone with a loved one experiencing Alzheimer's.

Their staff members, including Maya Blosser, post photos of people with Alzheimer's on their facebook pages and make jokes about their failing memory. STEER CLEAR.

The have signage to the fact they are experts in the care of alzheimer care, when in fact they are not. Not trying to be mean they just could not care for my 92 year old 100 lbs mother.

Maya Blosser, one of their employees, makes fun of the patients there (see linked picture), she's also a well known thief with an assault charge soon to come, how could I put my parents here ?

The Goerlich Center does not live up to its reputation. The nurses flat out lie to the family members that their loved one is being well taken care of. Our experience with this center was horrific. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

When employee Maya Blosser isn't assaulting 7 yo children for political reasons she's making fun of memory care patients.
This is truly THE place to get rid of your old folks once and for all! 10/10
