Always well kept awesome fast greens and great staff best course in Bedford

You will not find a better maintained Golf Course in Toledo or Southeast Michigan. The greens are that of a private club fast and true. It's a par-72 course playing 6415 yards from the blue tees and 5975 yards from the white tees. Starting out with two par-fives and they long part 3. Hole number 8, is a dogleg par-4 always rated as one of the top holes in southeast Michigan. Hole 9 is a challenging Par 3 was probably the toughest green on the course. The Back Nine is equally as challenging as the front nine. Plus, there is a challenging 9 Hole executive course with 2 par 4s with screens as challenging as the main course.

In my opinion the best public course in the Toledo area.

They over booked on a Wednesday at 11 am. It took us an hour to play the first 3 holes. Course was in great shape but I wasn't expecting a 6 hour round.

Enjoy playing Giant Oak. The staff is wonderful, the greens have good pace and the course is layed out with fun in mind. Plenty of challenges.

Greens are always in tremendous shape. Overall the course is the BEST in Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan. Family owned and operated with friendly staff. I cannot say enough about this course...just awesome!

Consider this. I am 33 years old and my golf partner, age 60 earns about twice as much as me. The other two in our group were also age 55+

At Giant Oak GC, they received a 12% discount on their golf rounds because they belong to the 55+ age group. They are all still working.

I did enjoy this golf course, but I am not planning to go again because of this disparity in green fees based on age. I don't think there is any justification for it, other than outright favoring customers with more money. The 55-64 age group earns about $10,000 more than my age group and I think its nonsense that I should pay more than them.

The course was in very good shape despite the abnormally high amounts of rain we've received so far this spring. It was a fun course to play and strongly recommend it. What really stood out was the management. They were very accommodating when we got caught out in the thunderstorms and made us feel welcomed. I'll definitely be back.

As usual the course was in great condition and was new to 2 of our foresome. They will return as they enjoyed their experiences.

Played Giant Oak this morning with three friends. Greeted by Carol at the clubhouse... always with a smile and a kind word. Wonderful welcoming family run golf course. Tees , fairways and greens all in country club plus shape . These people know their business. We had a great round and we will be back soon.

Very well maintained. Bigger greens that roll nice and true. Traditional layout w tree lined fairways. The sand in the bunker is not normal golf course sand so make sure you practice it.

Nice course. Rough is a bit longer then it should be. Hard to locate your ball since it sits down in it. Makes peace of play very slow.

The golf course is looking great. Grass is very well taken care of.

What is there to say negative about most golf courses? Nothing. Until we received an email from them today with a poor "joke" at the beginning of the email calling a sitting President a liar. The person responsible for this should be terminated, and if it's the owner's idea, the course should be boycotted.

The course is beautiful, very well maintained, very challenging, the greens are big and challenging, the carts are always clean , and the staff are always wanting to help with any of your needs.

Best course in Monroe County. The gem of the Toledo area. 5 star course.

Played the Executive Course with my wife and two grandsons 10 & 12. Beautiful little course with moderately fast greens. A pleasure to play.

Today was my first time playing Giant Oak, what a nice course! From tee to green everything was in great shape and the speed of the greens was fast and perfect! Definitely on my list to play when in the area!

Coarse is in excellent condition, I played in a scramble on Saturday September 9th 2017, the employees were courteous and the outing went smooth. I look forward to playing there again in there near future.

Lots of giant oaks here. Like, a ton. Every shot you make will land next to a giant oak. Can't find your ball? Its probably next to the giant oak.

Course is pretty well maintained, drink prices are reasonable. A relatively easy course, but I love it.

Nice kept up Golf Course. Fairways and greens where manicure good carts maintenance well and his staff was very nice. Also very nice Clubhouse.

Great golf course was well taken care of prices weren't outrageous but was out with the guys and hit the bar pretty heavy so if you stay clear of the bar it would have been normal for the area staff is very helpful

Fast and friendly service. Course was in good condition and is lovely. The tee boxes and greens were in good shape. One of the nicer and wider courses in the area.
