Pre test for Interview :
They have conducted aptitude test has 15marks and cutoff is 10marks .. My dear friends my suggestion is , if u have good technical knowledge but don't have aptitude is meaning less of technical knowledge.It is entry point.. so , You shd have good idea on aptitude of all imp topics.I missed good opportunity.

Have been working for Promantra for quite some time. Extremely satisfied with various opportunities I got so far that has not only shaped my career but also enhanced my personality. Company also provides lot of training opportunities and a flexible learning curve to new employees. I give my highest recommendation to Promantra.

We went for interview to this UNPROFESSIONAL company unfortunately.

They took two pure technical rounds. Still they asked to come for a system test. We aggreed for that as some companies may have this round according to their policy. But this worse company (Sorry B.Tech college) WILL NOT PROVIDE internet access and we should complete the given tasks.

They does not have a common sense that we should have a internet, even to download the required build packages.

I really don't know what makes them to conduct the interview like this.

I am not sure wheather , they want to train their employees to work without internet to save internet charges.

Humble request to higher management.

1. Please give a training to HR how to take interviews.

2. Please send a mail confirmation to interviewers about the schedule timings ( if you don't how to send please give this training as well)

3. Please send a mail which has all your interview process and what you are expecting from candidates.

4. I still didn't understand what is the point to conduct machine test without internet access. If you are assuming ,that people will copy paste code from internet , it's completely wrong . Because interviewers should know from where to copy and where to paste. If they can do it, and they can be able to explain how it works.. they did a awesome job.

Please reply me if possible. So that I will suggest my colleagues not to attend interview and I will understand the reason behind this process.

Never ever join in this company. The reason is if you are working hard and giving 100% there comes the problem. These people don't need 100% performance,
they need 0% performance. If u have survived 1yr and there comes the matter of hike they will simply remove you saying the process is gone.
And managing director to this company Mr.Sai he plays with the words of HR(Sharada). He donot know who is working and who is not.
He simply sits and see who is performing well and he will remove them. All Hr people are Illiterates. Managers oh god no need to explain.
they do not even have powers to retain their employes. They just play as HR says. I never saw such a disgusting company.
There are many employes who are serving there lives for years together because they are illiterates.
I dont know whom to complain against this company I suffered a lot when they removed me with out my notice.
I dont even know i got releaved. They removed my system they removed my access and name from the company.
Seriously please dont join here and spoil your career. They create their own rules and force employees to follow them.
I dont understand how blindly they are getting new projects, funny thing is projects last only for 2-3 months.
I have so much of grudge on them i would have cleared it when i got my releaving but those people are covereds they didn't speak to me directly.
Important thing managers are attenders and attenders behave as managers. They copy protocols from othr companies and they think as if they have introduced with their own knowlege.

I m reaching you w.r.t. I Parveen Kumar interviewed at Promantra synergy solution Ltd , Hyderabad before last 3weekend (From 28/01/2020)and in the interview process I meet with HR Mr. SHIVA and with quality manager and moreover I meet with Team leader also .

On the first day of my interview process MR Shiva HR of the company told me that you got selected and you just had to wait for a days we looking for more candidates for the training program if we get number of candidates then we will start our process .

After weekend when I didn t received any calls from the company nor I received any mail regarding my appointment then I started visiting company personally and making the calls to HR to get my updates regarding my appointment process from that time to till today date I visited company so many times and even I make the calls to HR also .. still I am not getting any progress towards my appointment process as from the last weekend Mr. Shiva to till today date HR of company telling me again and again that you had to wait for one more weekend again .

I also get confused and get very depressed what this company is doing in their selection process with their candidates
