Nefba is a waste of time, you get more training out of any other 18 month program. They expect you to follow their guidelines, but if they make a mistake it's on you. JUST DONT DO IT

Staff is wonderful and very responsive to my inquiries. Everyone smiles; that tells you something!

I am an apprentice for HVAC and I would recommend anyone in the trade to go through the nefba apprenticeship program. It is by for a better education.

It's a decent trade school their schooling would be better if they had a little bit more time to teach the material there cleaning house on instructors that were previously not so good management has changed I like them I currently am a student their fourth year

Support this First Class organization! They contribute great things to our city!

Tried to purchase a code book. Its a shame a man cant walk in somewhere and just buy the things he needs( code book ) without making up passwords and bs. What a shame.

I am new to Jacksonville and this group welcomed me into the association and I am getting involved. It is a group of professional that are truly committed to their respective professions. I am happy to be a part!

Helpful and friendly members and a wide variety of events / opportunities to get involved - would definitely recommend this group!

I completed an apprenticeship at Nefba years ago and needed verification of my hours. Spoke with Charlie Libretto, an arrogant , self centered, and a liar. Was denied any assistance and was told only what he wouldn't do. Not once was an offer or statement made to see what they can do. Until I spoke with the director, at least he gave a listening ear and was willing to assist . Unfortunately individuals like Charles Libretto thinks the men and women in the apprenticeship works for him. Not realizing if it wasn't for the men and women who volunteer to be in the apprenticeship, he would have to actually do some real work!. There are better apprenticeship and people to deal with if you value your career and time to learning a trade than Charles Libretto. To all apprentices in nefba or will join nefba, keep all you hours and documents throughout your apprenticeship. Nefba will not verify any of your documents . Even worse you may have to deal with Charles Libretto waste of Nefba payroll!

Beautiful building, brand new (can smell paint), clean, great conference room, etc. Perfect place for a meeting. Just wish the bathrooms were not on the other side of the building from the conference rooms and offices.

Attended a training session there. The meeting room lighting and seating was very comfortable. The sound system was excellent. Parking was convenient. They had a problem with lighting in the hall, so the breakfast buffet was in the dark. It's unfortunate they couldn't get that fixed before the meeting.
