Well here is my original review with an addition so that this doesn t happen to anyone else. Take your vacations hours, all of them without working.
Unfortunately, although they have a nice product, they lack in appreciating their good, honest employees. Micro-managing is EXTREME. The staff turn around ratio is high. There is no work/life balance and employees are under paid. Not a team environment, not in individual departments let alone, a company as a whole. Owner is never on site and unfortunately has no true idea of how individuals truly are only as they portray themselves to him. Word of advice, either do some unexpected pop in visits to Milwaukee office or have a a true confidant come in for pop in visits and stay a month at a time to try and get a true feel of the environment and things that occur. Speak to employees or have anonymous surveys done where employees can openly share feedback. Have a suggestion or ideas inbox where employees can submit any ideas they have directly to you so that ideas are coming from true source and no one else is taking credit for them. You have about a handful of true hard working and honest employees that hopefully will weed out the dishonest ones and make the environment better for all, therefor giving employees the ambition to always want to go above and beyond for the company. Without trust, honesty and respect for your employees you will get the opposite of ambition. Best of luck to all!
8/9/2019- Just received response that, even though I worked long hours, never had a full time back up person to be able to take an enjoyable vacation. I had 70hrs of vacation accrued and 40hrs of PTO and although they can choose to pay it out they will not because by law they aren t required. Another thing to prove my original review.

Spent over $300 buying products off the aera for home website. Never recieved anything, the fedex shipping label was created according to fedex. I was gullible enough to pay for 2nd day delivery. This has been going on for 6 days. I will have to report this as fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
