Initially, I wanted to buy a certain projector from them but they told me, in a timely manner, that the projector was out of stock/discontinued. Then they gave me an alternative buy and I though it was discontinued. They went to optima and confirmed that it is still active and in stock. I bought that projector from them and doing so, gave me a discount on shipping. From now on, I will consider Protech ... be my first choice for purchase.

The 3,700 Lumens, 2002 vintage projector at our Church began showing signs of failing that accelerated every week. We searched for a replacement unit and found what we needed at Protech Projection Systems, Inc [PPSI]. The pricing at PPSI for the Epson G7805 at 8,000 Lumens, together with the long throw lens required for our 79 foot throw distance, was the best that I was able to find. Rod Bradbury was incredibly easy to work with, and was responsive to our sense of urgency. The unit prices and House of Worship discount saved us nearly $2,000... and we received our new system 2 days after shipment. Like this company because they are located in the USA. They have a physical presence, can be reached by phone and respond via both email and phone. They immediately answered questions. I have not yet installed the unit but expect if there are any issues, they will assist with them. Seem very professional.
We had a last minute request to get a nice projector setup within a week for a sales conference in the middle of shipping delays due to COVID. Protech Projection was able to work with us to get rush shipping on all of our items, and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process as they verified with their vendors that everything would arrive on time. Through no fault of theirs, a projector was shipped late by FED EX. They sent another one (!!!) before I could return the first ordered one, so that I would have the projector available for a Sunday morning worship service. Rod Bradbury bent over backwards to make this happen. With this sort of customer service, they have become my "go-to" for any electronics they carry....it doesn't hurt that they were the lowest price by several hundred dollars compared to any one else, including Amazon! Highly recommend!

Rod and Protech went above and beyond. They located the part we needed under emergency circumstances, but not in the color we wanted. 24 hours later Rod had located the correct part AND color, and it was shipped and arrived about 48 business hours later. We will definitely be working with Protech again.
