Through no fault of theirs, a projector was shipped late by FED EX. They sent another one (!!!) before I could return the first ordered one, so that I would have the projector available for a Sunday morning worship service. Rod Bradbury bent over backwards to make this happen. With this sort of customer service, they have become my "go-to" for any electronics they carry....it doesn't hurt that they were the lowest price by several hundred dollars compared to any one else, including Amazon! Highly recommend!
