Worst hotel ever. They have an all inclusive concept that is a joke. Food is awful, drinks are local and the cheapest ones, you don't find any bottled water. Everywhere is dirty, the beach is dirty and crowded. This hotel is a joke. Don't go here.

We get a room without windows! only with small balcony doors
leading to four wall closed balcony, whithout posibility of get straight sunlight to the room. Ofcourse hotel servis tell us, we cant change it to any other. Living there was like in underground bunkier

Not recommended!! Sauna does not work, fitness room does not work. Guest circle 95% Russian and Romanian loud, ordinary families. Staff will respond to requests in half an hour if they can react at all. Room Cleanliness 3 but you wait for the Hastifus because of the atmosphere. The restaurant is under-planned, not enough space. Do not expect all-inclusive service. We went to the hotel to sleep and have breakfast, we went to the beach for 66 (we rented 5 sunbeds and a parasol for 10 000 HUF per day) to sunbathe and have lunch. I recommend it to large families with uneducated children because they will not stand out from the circle of guests. I think this was our first and long last trip to Bulgaria :-)

The hotel is not worth the price, the food is terrible (and believe me I do not require world-class meals), the fries are soggy and taste hopeless, the juices are the same chemistry on sweeteners and aromas, all the time the same, fish and other meat are not fresh, if someone likes meals with 2/3 of the day heated in the microwave, salads most often without any spices, this should not bother him . Cleaning just happens to come and clean every day, minus one that you do not get along with them in English even for stupid paper, there are traps in the rooms, do not exchange broken items that they do not require repairs (I have a hole in the hem on the couch), I did not report because before the arrival there were fairly good reviews, and now, after my own experience with the management of this center, I find that their behavior and approach to guests is at least inappropriate, because our friends had a situation with a broken TV (none of them did it because the room served mainly as a dressing room and they slept in another), dear Mrs. manager while I was helping to clean up the mess, without any word or question or I wish it with a look of contempt she entered the room took the TV remote, she attached she saw that she was working, turned off, she started watching wardrobes, switches and when I asked if it has any you problem (already a little bit pissed off) did not answer and left without a word. Two stars only for having 2 lovely waitresses. I will add colleagues pay 250 for the TV and can not take it.
Who likes school survival and a lot of walking (15 min from the shoe to the beach with paid sun loungers (36lv per day) and 30 min for free). The road from the bar to the hotel at 2/3 at night is not nice and after alcohol is a distance to another city. The worst hotel I've stayed in (and I've been to Z ote for 4 times). If you want to spend your time here good and nervous, choose a different one, closer to the beach and preferably 4 stars, it is better to add PLN 300 than to lose PLN 3,000 and waste 10 days of your life.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the service very much cares about cleanliness. What impressed me the most was the food, both the taste and the choice - everyone will find something for themselves. The only drawback is the internet which is free only on the ground floor, that is the reception and the pool. You have to buy the rooms and the price in relation to the quality is too high - the internet breaks and loads the pages very long. That's why it gives you 4 stars

Location "away" from the beach 10 minutes away. Very spacious apartments, cleanliness, diversified food, low prices if you know by what agency to make the reservation.

No words. The hotel is a total failure. At this price, we can have something completely better. Together with friends we decided to go to this hotel. The first day was ok good food, friendly service, all inclusive. Every day was getting worse - cold food, lack of communication with other staff in English, expired food in the hotel shop, total stuck in the guests. When we were tired of the above problems, a nail reached the coffin. In a room in which hardly anybody stayed, the matrix on the TV set that they never started (on the 5th day, in the evening we wanted to listen to the music and turned it on). Irregularities have been reported, we have been accused of damaging him. After intimidation that the manager's site that there will be a phone call for the police and an annotation of vandalism in the room we gave up on this and paid 250 euros. I would like to mention that the conservator came to inspect the condition of the TV in a non-free state and left it). After this incident, the whole management with the hotel staff is cut down on us. To sum up, if you are a rich person who likes to argue with beets, then this hotel is just for you !!! If you are not rich, it's okay, for a little lower price you will get a room with no windows, but it does not absolve you from the muck of others. In the hotel itself, you can listen to the world language (commonly used in Europe) Bulgarian / Romanian) drink 50/50 water in a free bar and go have a great cold dinner. Rooms are handled daily, towels are changed and food is varied. The staff were helpful, what I asked for. The sea is far away, but less weight can be gained.

2 years ago it was quite another hotel in all respects! Now leaves it desirable from all points of view !!!!!

For the first time I have seen a long list (A4 page) for what the "hotel" can charge the client for - when he leaves, an employee is sent to verify the condition of the room being vacated. If someone is tempted to go to this "hotel", they document everything better with them, because there are many faults (eg in none of the rooms where we were on the balcony there were two undamaged plastic chairs). "Hotel" offers rooms in which it is completely dark: no window, only a narrow balcony door (balcony situated in a recess with additional windows to the staircase). Surrounding on the north side, it is a landfill for some waste masked with various types of mats and sheets - in a word, crap. Kitchenette equipment - only 4 glasses. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, but without plugs so as not to accidentally use too much water. Getting to the beach tiring and unfortunately surrounded by the communist era rather than the 21st century. Food is a separate topic: monotonous and all dishes (except soups) are cold. Even the dishes taken directly from the kitchen were already cold and the rickety heaters were not able to change their temperature (unless it was even lower). Instead of displaying local fruits, oranges and bananas reign supreme - sic! Bottom line: under no circumstances go to this pseudo "hotel"

You want to have a successful holiday, you eat somewhere further and 10 km or choose another country

Hotel is a pity on time. Worst food not even menu. Rooms on the face. No clean eye and good room service. The food is disgusting. The place I rate it according to my opinion 3.5 and more on its rating. Boring. No hotel operations. There is not even a good service. There are no cups for hot drinks. In short this hotel is disgusting and it is a pity to pay one dime. I will not return to this hotel again in my life. I wait for the day I leave the hotel and fly.

This hotel has bad Wi-Fi signal and the food is quite bad. The rooms must be cleaner.

Rooms large and a toilet cleaned daily (sheets changed within 7 days). The window will not open in the morning because next to two busy streets. TV with Polonia. The very beautiful, spacious, bright rooms, large bathroom, we had sea view (6th floor). Very good and varied food at noon and evening. Breakfast is about the same every day, but you have something to choose from. The hotel is a bit far from the sea but after a day of all-inclusive entertainment :) it's worth a little physical exercise tonight. Every day I drove to the beach by car.

Large, comfortable rooms, clean, cleaning every day. Plus for changing towels every day. Balconies are big. Breakfasts without any variations. Every day is the same. Lunches and dinners quite tasty but medium warm. No variation in starch additives and raw materials. Every 2 days the same. The terrible coffee is not cleaned. Minus for drinks in plastics. Plus for friendly service, they made up for it :). Poor menu assortment on the pool, drinks ok but no decorations and in plastics just like in a restaurant. Sunbeds and umbrellas are at your disposal. Purely around the pool and in the pool. Plus for air conditioning in the room. Internet free reception and in the restaurant during opening hours, with a larger number of people unfortunately lack (network overload). Pretty far to the sea. In general, all the weaknesses made up for przesympatyczna and helpful service :) minus for the manager / director, who very elegantly at the guests shouted after service which pretty much disrupted the pleasant atmosphere. Good but away from the beach. However, they have a transfer from the hotel to Nirvana Beach (there is a compulsory pay-down of the sun loungers) 22 leva. 500 meters from the beach is a 10-foot cherman.

Poor food. Large and spacious rooms. Hot water problem solved after 20 hours. The pool was clean and pleasant. The service is young and if it worked as a punishment, there are exceptions. Bus to Varna right under the hotel. If someone cares about peace and quiet I recommend it, preferably without meals because it really is poor. It may be better, but if someone starts to care for their opinion here.

Nice place with large family rooms, cleaning every day as well as changing towels. Very friendly staff. The food is varied and quite tasty. You have to walk to the beach for about 15 minutes. In general, I recommend.

The food was catastrophic, the Gotel is very far from the sea and accessible via a steep iron staircase. For parking you pay 10 EUR. Very little parking in front of the hotel. We had to park the car about 2 km further in a park. When we wanted to trade, it was difficult and with a lot of circus possible. All in all, these are not 4 stars! The guests are like from the jungle!

Rooms large and clean, room service very nice. The bar doesn't have much to offer and the biggest downside of the hotel is the food, monotonn and cold. After a day, it made me nauseous.

Hotel and hotel service are as full as possible. But when it comes to restaurants and eating is a disaster. Over and over again the same and a small selection of dishes. Generally not very tasty and often heated. It happened that only recently reported food is cold or even from the previous day. All Inklusiv generally very poor. The juice disaster, and the alkochol is no longer mentioned. Generally, there is no choice, the best doll would be only Rakije. More here certainly will not come back.

The hotel officially classified as 4 stars, but in their opinion it should be 3. A big plus are the large air-conditioned rooms that are cleaned daily. The food is not too bad, but not very varied, one and the same almost every day. Local alcohol in all inclusive until 21.30. It is quite far to the beach, with winding streets down. The service is not overwhelming. There are also private apartments in the hotel, so there are no animations, music, etc. For the price you can, but I advise you to add some more money and look for something closer to the beach.

A beautiful new hotel and apartment building with restaurant, shop and swimming pool. A playground for children

Spacious apartments, intimate swimming pool, with greenery, food ok, in terms of kindness some people have to work (reception from yesterday's exchange, 08/23/2019 tactless), otherwise the staff strives to feel good. The only minus, for those who do not love the move is the distance to the beach. Otherwise, a good offer, with an ok ratio between price and quality.

Very poor, I do not recommend, I better go to Venus so rusty it is. Unfortunately, outside the room, which is great the rest leaves. Food is a cheap junk food every day. We still had two days to pay but we preferred to leave. I do not want to exaggerate but it is the worst hotel in BULGARIA where I stayed.

I do not recommend this Hotel !!! Nasty food undercooked vegetables we had stomach problems no snacks before and after dinner that were on offer. The stench, dirt, no towels were changed for 8 days. Not only that bites at night most likely from bedbugs. Torment not rest.

Bar by the pool works till 5pm. Bar in reception only till 9.30pm. Rooms was not very bad, there was air conditioning, beds for parents were good, but for us, 2 kids, was awfull and needed to ask for other bed. Pillows were bad tho, but we got better after. Beach was preety good, but after that you had to have some training, because hotel wasnt near beach and to add to it was down hill . So we had to burn some calories. Food wasnt very good tho. Every day there was almost the same food. It just didnt vary. But its depends all on you.

Hotel very nice, however, no experience with a large number of guests. Eternal waiting for a plate or for meat. Most waiters are working there as punishment. No animation, and with so many children who come there it is necessary, in my humble opinion. The last two days nobody even brought toilet paper to the room. The best thing that could happen to me was a return flight at 4pm without dinner, which no one from the hotel staff informed and the lady who with great grudge during this unfortunate dinner came to inform me, in a way at least as if I was stealing something, it was another failure for me. If all-inclusive holidays are to be like this, then I prefer to stay at home. Plus for nice rooms and nice bartenders, who are probably the only ones who know how to work in such a place.
