The reason I gave one star is that I did receive my product. Everything else was a train-wreck. They didn't call the half-hour before the delivery was made. They propped it half on a stoop and half on the driveway in a precarious position.... on a rainy day. Never rang the doorbell to tell us it was here. When I called to complain, customer service was rude. Was told a supervisor would call back. Never did. I called the company who used their services and got a refund...it seems this is a reoccurring problem.

Avoid this company if you can.

i ve been waiting 6 weeks or so to get the couches i ordered. the original delivery date passed, upon emailing Nebraska Furniture Mart (the store the order came from) i was put into contact with this Pogistics distribution company as they are the ones shipping this order. they never shipped. they still haven t came. they responded telling me that the estimated shipping date had changed (dramatically) to a later date. okay. whatever. fine. that would have been okay but again, the delivery date came and went and i received not even a call. now i m upset because i haven t had a living room in over a month. the customer service lady was RUDE AF said nothing could be done for me and basically that was that. emailing a complaint didn t go much farther. today they called to finally schedule a delivery time!!! FOR AN ORDER NUMBER THAT NO LONGER EXISTS because they did the original order wrong and had to re-order. they do not communicate with customers. they don t ship on time. they re like, an extremely disorganized dumpster fire that calls itself a shipping company. DONT USE THEM if you can avoid it. you won t get what you order. you ll just get a headache.

I was employed as an Amazon Delivery Driver in South San Francisco by Progistics Distribution. Management was toxic, nearly broke my index finger on the job and they told me to keep going on my route. I ignored their orders and went to the nearest hospital to get first aid after they said not to go to the hospital. Shows they don t care about their workers, at least in that location. For the job I was very by the book and was pushed to cutting corners to avoid being yelled at by dispatch.

Terrible experience! We had to call 3 times to even get a scheduled delivery date, then they never showed up to deliver the product. We also only found out they were not going to show far after the scheduled time, and only because we had to call them 3 different times. Now we have a new delivery date several days after the original and still no guarantee it will show up on this new date. How does this company get contracts??? I will be complaining to the company we ordered from to make them aware of there poor job.

I ordered a large screen tv from a store serving the US Military (shopmyexchange.com). The retailer shipped my TV via Progistics (d.b.a. Fragile Pak) 17 days ago. Origin Warehouse was in Virginia, FragilePak warehouse in Philadelphia PA, final destination = suburb of Philadelphia.

Despite being picked-up by FragilePak 17 days ago, FragilePak has still not provided any updates, and searching the tracking number on their website shows that the TV is still in transit to the destination warehouse (Philadelphia PA). Per the FragilePak website, the TV should have arrived at the destination warehouse 2 days ago (and this was after 2 previous missed/delayed dates).

I called them 1 week ago, and again today. On both calls, the customer service representative was unable to locate my TV and only state that it is still "in transit and will be scanned when it arrives at the warehouse."

I would not recommend anyone ever using Progistics/FragilePak as a shipping method. Recommend you consider shopping elsewhere if you hear of a retailer using FragilePak.

This company has not yet contacted me a single time. I have had to reach out to them at every step of the way. My item has been in my city since Monday, but I don't know what company has it. My delivery window has come and gone without a phone call or email to explain why it wasn't delivered. I called them multiple times during the delivery window to no avail. Stay away from this company.

Update: Unfortunately, the ordered two appliances from the same company, and now I am waiting on Progistics yet again to schedule my delivery. They called me 5 days ago, but had one number wrong in my address. They told me they had to go up the chain of command to get that number fixed. That was 5 days ago. Total garbage. I can't imagine how this company is still business with such awful service.

Can not state enough how poor this company mis and how they continually attempt to elude responsibility for responsibility of damages . I ordered from Big Chill several products. When Fragilepak/Progestics delivered the order, Jamie Meyers stated she would oversee the delivery due to how the first two attempts workers damaged the product. On the day of delivery, the driver was not in a good mental state. He amplified the speed of the truck to a unacceptable speed on my dead end street and seemed like he was driving right at me. I jumped out of the way and he came to a screeching halt. His co worker thread to settle him down . I showed them what had to be removed and where the new product(fridge) would need to go. I had just had my wood floors redone and expressed concerns and asked they use a dolly. The two had very strong words in a heated argument in spanish and then the angry one went and grabbed a cloth tarp, put the fridge on it and proceeded to drag it into my home. I told him several times NOT to do this as it would compromise the floor. He did it anyway and put big scratches into the three rooms he dragged it across . This was so preventable and his uncontrolled anger escalated and he and his buddy were on the brink of what seemed a fight. I filmed the delivery as it got too be too m,much. Jamie Meyers promised to oversee the repairs but apparently had no intent. She passed it on to someone that for months never returned my calls. I was told later she had died. The new rep was not helpful at all, (Debrah) and rarely responded or kept me informed. It was passed on to the local company, Prognostics and finally a rep called. In September the fires came and i was told to evacuate, Covid restrictions heightened and it was recommended I NOT have anyone in my home during that time. Now that restrictions have slightly lessened, I contacted the company to have closure and get compensated and was told by Elsa, they closed the case. Three rooms with significant damage and this is how they handled the responsibility. My intent is to get fairly compensated for this inexcusable damage. The manner in which it was handles was just as inexcusable. I will add to this when the outcome is resolved, but would not endorse this company as professional or one that has the customer at heart.

Horrible service from start to finish. Scheduled my delivery with them and received confirmation email and phone call the day before. Never showed up. When I called to find out why was on hold forever and finally left my info for a call back, this was at 7:30PM. Received a call back at 10:30PM after I had gone to bed. Tried multiple times calling and sending emails but all I got back was a message saying that my package was ready for delivery and to schedule it. I finally contacted the company where I bought my item and they tried contacting them. After several hours they called me back and said the driver was in an accident and would need to reschedule. The story of them having an accident was a lie because when the driver did show up he told me so.
