Can not state enough how poor this company mis and how they continually attempt to elude responsibility for responsibility of damages . I ordered from Big Chill several products. When Fragilepak/Progestics delivered the order, Jamie Meyers stated she would oversee the delivery due to how the first two attempts workers damaged the product. On the day of delivery, the driver was not in a good mental state. He amplified the speed of the truck to a unacceptable speed on my dead end street and seemed like he was driving right at me. I jumped out of the way and he came to a screeching halt. His co worker thread to settle him down . I showed them what had to be removed and where the new product(fridge) would need to go. I had just had my wood floors redone and expressed concerns and asked they use a dolly. The two had very strong words in a heated argument in spanish and then the angry one went and grabbed a cloth tarp, put the fridge on it and proceeded to drag it into my home. I told him several times NOT to do this as it would compromise the floor. He did it anyway and put big scratches into the three rooms he dragged it across . This was so preventable and his uncontrolled anger escalated and he and his buddy were on the brink of what seemed a fight. I filmed the delivery as it got too be too m,much. Jamie Meyers promised to oversee the repairs but apparently had no intent. She passed it on to someone that for months never returned my calls. I was told later she had died. The new rep was not helpful at all, (Debrah) and rarely responded or kept me informed. It was passed on to the local company, Prognostics and finally a rep called. In September the fires came and i was told to evacuate, Covid restrictions heightened and it was recommended I NOT have anyone in my home during that time. Now that restrictions have slightly lessened, I contacted the company to have closure and get compensated and was told by Elsa, they closed the case. Three rooms with significant damage and this is how they handled the responsibility. My intent is to get fairly compensated for this inexcusable damage. The manner in which it was handles was just as inexcusable. I will add to this when the outcome is resolved, but would not endorse this company as professional or one that has the customer at heart.
