Don't deal with Keng in Melbourne branch. Collects goods without paying then will not answer or return several phone calls requesting payment or order no. Company won't pay without an order no which is understandable so make sure you get one and don't do it as good will because you won't get paid! We are a small company and lost over $1,000.
Waited more than 4 months to get paid of $ 170. They ignored all my emails telling me that they would get on it and paid my invoice only after I opened a dispute with QCAT. Not trustworthy.
First time using them... they built my restaurant and I'm happy with the price and quality

I have used Proficient Projects since they began for various Projects of mine and have known Tai Cecil the Director long before that, I wouldn't use anyone else for my Fitouts frankly, over the years Tai and his Team have never let me down on all my Projects. I've always admired they way they get things done even when it doesn't seem possible!
Appreciate the work over the years guys, have always looked after me when I've needed work.
Totally unprofessional, the Director (Tai Cecil) lacks any moral integrity, simply doesn't pay his accounts. Avoid at all costs.
