Beautiful design. Very unique room and bathroom with a ton of space. Found my room a bit chilly even with the heat on full blast, which meant when in the room I spent a majority of the time in the need under the covers. However I enjoyed the light.
The breakfast was a good variety however the same variety daily for 4 consecutive days.
A great place to stay. Super central.

Great hotel with cool staff always friendly and ready to help. Nice restaurant with the option to order fancy breakfast. The rooms a quite warned out and need some refurbishment.
The hotel Arena is one of the best hotels in Amsterdam the location is great as it is right on the edge of the city centre but still quite enough to get a peaceful night's sleep.
It only takes a few minutes to walk into the city centre there are numerous bars and restaurants around and there's a Metroline right outside the hotel. I can't rate this hotel highly enough the staff are wonderful friendly and very helpful the cost per night I would say is reasonable for hotel of this quality, the bar area food service is very good they also have bike hire and there is a park right next to the hotel, and a hospital.
Great hotel! The location in the middle of the park is just great, as well as the hotel itself: Superb design, friendly staff, spacious rooms and excellent food.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here less than a month ago when we could still eat in the hotels restaurant. We live in Amsterdam and decided to do a staycation in our own city. We were doubting to write a review but after a month of consideration we feel we are obliged to share our story. The overall stay was okay. The room was nice but there was nothing special about the restaurant and the food. I would recommend other nicer restaurants in the neighborhood.
The reason why we give a one star review has nothing to do about the product or service. When we had our dinner, we heard some staff members talking about a Covid-19 case in the hotel. We are Dutch so we understood everything as we also had a seat close to the bar. We heard that the owner of the hotel had an illegal party with 40 people inside the hotel and probably spread the virus to a lot of people. The complete management team and more staff members were infected by him and all had to stay home after being infected.
It is imaginable and unacceptable that you think you are about the law and that you risk the safety of your staff members AND guests. I recommend people to stay far away from this place. We will NEVER visit this place again.
Superb. Loved the location, the decor, the hospitality. Only downside was lack of sound insulation, but the relative quietness meant this wasn't an issue. (photos of view and park outside)

Great service. Fast and friendly. Food was delicious. Beautiful view on the terrace of Oosterpark. Recommend for an intimate, casual night.
Very nice hotel in Amsterdam just next to Oosterpark and not too far from the centre. The hotel is in a quiet like location and easily accessible from the highway. It has its own underground parking. Rooms are quite spacious and nice decor. The Park restaurant was quite nice and the breakfast is elaborate. Fully recommended.
