Alesha and the team at professional planets spent hours with me on the phone removing slander from social media, all while keeping the online traffic on our website at an all time high during a pandemic. We've been working with Patrick and Rob to get old websites and listings combined together so our SEO rankings aren't divided all over the place. We were a mess! A business change of name, 3 business names from practices we've purchased and 2 locations listed. And some listings we didn't even make.

I can not begin to say enough good things about this company, Kraig and Ryan. SEO rating on my old website sucked, as we had a $39 per month website outranking us. Our old website company worked on the problem for 3 months and could never over come a $39 a month website which was 5 pages with no blog. Within 5 days we moved up to the top of the SEO, first page, first position, that is where I want to stay! Very unprofessional in nearly all aspects of business.
They did not return my phone calls, return emails, answer questions, take my website down when I asked them to, or release my domain without having me sign another contract.
It took me 6 month to have them remove the website. Even after several calls, messages and emails. When I told representative that "We do not offer those services" he told me I had to make changes to the website they created. When I said "I want the website taken down" he said I had to take the website down myself. Which was not true. I did not have access or the rights to the website or to take it down.
If you are looking for a website that gets you noticed then this is not the place to spend your hard earned dollars.
