Hands down the WORSE company i've ever worked with. Their customer service is one of the worse. They NEVER return phone calls, emails, or any type of communication. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have referred them business. I was apart of their referral program and I referred them several merchant processing accounts, of which I was to receive commissions. I received commissions twice and then was locked out of the system and never paid again. I've complained about this for nearly 4 years and always get the runaround. I still haven't gotten any answer and all of my phone calls and emails go unanswered. I wouldn't use this company for anything. I've been nothing but good to this company, i've referred them business and they've treated me with nothing but disrespect. I'm in the middle of switching services and have sent out a mass email to all of my clients that I referred and they will also be closing their accounts and switching services. I don't expect an answer, but I will be seeking different channels to report them for their fraudulent partner program, as they do not do not pay the commissions they claim you will get and to me, that's fraud. I hope this post helps someone, PLEASE do not use this company FOR ANYTHING! Trust me, i've been a loyal customer for over 5 years, they will treat you like your business doesn't matter to them.
