Went to get a door key made for my 2003 Chevy Silverado. The guy made the key within 10 minutes and also gave me a second key just because it was easier than most vehicles! Will be using them in the future!

Fantastic place to get your extra keys made.They have all kinds of key related and locks, plus lock boxes and I can't tell you exactly all the item's I saw, it was amazing and the employees were really helpful and nice. I highly would advise everyone to go here for all there needs.
Young man at the counter gave me some song and dance about my key fob being a 1st generation and therefore was the cause of my problems. As a professional he should have recognized that it was brand new OEM, and in fact, straight from the dealer. My family has been going here for years...not any more.
We have always been impressed with Professional Lock and Key. They replaced all our exterior locks with super duper security locks a few years ago, and when we recently had a new door installed, Dean came over to install a new professional security lock like the other ones we already had. There was an issue with the lock that had been ordered but he installed it anyway to keep us safe while waiting for the correct one to arrive. As soon as it came in, he called and came the same day so we would have it for the holiday week-end. Beyond the call of duty !!! And beautiful installation job.
