This is a long overdue kudos for the amazing service I received from mortgage producers. I was a first time homebuyer when I started with mtg producers. My lender, Rick Peterson was an incredible person to work with and extremely helpful. An excellent adviser that laid out everything understandable and always thoroughly helped me understand everything as best as possible. He was very responsive from the beginning and over the years. Any time I had a question, I knew he would be more than willing to help me out throughout the three years he was my lender. Even if they were unrelated to my specific situation. He knew the market well enough at the time to land a whole percent Lower on my interest rates too. Super cool guy as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home.

Great people who know the mortgage industry and all the programs that a first time home buyer could ever need. Mortgage Producers did a great job and they are a local company that will meet you face to face if you need that. All I had to do is tell them what I wanted and they got some info from me and that was it. They gave me a bunch of options and walked me through different scenarios for what could work for me. Super happy that I am paying less now monthly and in a nicer house...who doesn't want that!

We have been using Mortgage Producers for our refinances for the past 15 years or more. Nick is so easy to work with and has competitive rates. Can't beat their deals for mortgages, and even if we could get a slightly better rate somewhere else, we would still use MPI - they're so good to work with! Quick update (8/2019)... Nick contacted us when rates lowered enough to make a difference for us. We just did a quick, no-cost, refinance on the house we bought 8 mos ago.
