Mortgage Producers did a great job and they are a local company that will meet you face to face if you need that. All I had to do is tell them what I wanted and they got some info from me and that was it. They gave me a bunch of options and walked me through different scenarios for what could work for me. Super happy that I am paying less now monthly and in a nicer house...who doesn't want that!
