I was looking at houses on Trulia. Saw one I liked, said a little prayer, then clicked on the get pre approved button. Steve Duckett contacted me in an incredibly timely manner. Within minutes if I remember correctly. That was about two months ago. I was preapproved and started house shopping. Steve was very considerate and helpful through the whole looking process.
