The worst post office I ve ever been to. It s dirty and the staff is really unprofessional some of those people shouldn t even be working there. . It s real ghetto ... I dreed going over there and usps always delivers the packages to that post office because the lockers in my apartments are full I can t not wait to move this is ridiculous
Third time trying to solve a money order issue (previously tried at another branch and with my bank) and here they were able to solve it very quickly. Even the line was moving fast. Overall great experience today.
Waiting time is insane.

If you have any driver license delivery question, they refuse to answer any unless you have tracking number which is not provided by DPS! They only accept the normal, simple, and daily happened processes.
They never answer the phone, always super packed and workers take there time getting around to help people.
Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. The person who delivers to my complex never leaves notices. Saturday they didn't even attempt to deliver my package and now I have to go pick it up at the office. My carrier literally doesn't even try to deliver packages. There's no reason I should have to go to the PO to pick up a package that can fit in a locker
Just the absolute worst. 90% of the time they won't deliver my packages saying that there's no safe place to leave them, when they completely ignore the package lockers my apartment has and make no attempt to knock on my door. I groan every time I see a package is being delivered by USPS because I know I'll have to take time out of my day to visit the post office.
This post office normally delivers mail with zero issues to my apartment. However, the moment I have a package larger than the mail box, they marked it as "no safe place to leave package" and left.
The driver could have spent 30 seconds to drop off inside the apartment management office that's literally 10 steps away, or they could've taken it to my apartment door. Every other courier has that figured out but this one.
In fact, I passed the delivery driver on my way to the office and thought better than to interrupt his hard work. I thought wrong.
Oh they also never answer the phone when they call so there's that, too. Never ship via USPS if you can help it.
This place has horrible service and never delivers packages. I had to call Customer Affairs and even they can't get them on the phone!
Supposedly at least 4 people including myself haven't gotten their packages from this branch since January and Customer Affairs have been trying get in contact with them to resolve delivery issues but nothing seems to be working.
All we can do is threaten to report their branch to someone high enough to either fire the staff or shut this branch down until something gets done about it unfortunately.
I m just happen to visit Texas, and I got something want to send out to a friend. It s my first time using US postal service. I was there at the rush hour, but I still get help for what I need. The staff was so nice to let me fill my address on another side of the counter and don t need me to wait again in the line to send my post. There were only 2 staff for a long line but there is a back up person who helps if anyone is there just for stamps. I would say my first experience of US postal service was great!!
