It was all peaches on the independent living side until mom had to move to the assisted living/care side. They used to leave her alone in her room to eat because taking her down to eat took too much time. They charged for laundry and didn t even bathe her each day. We hired additional care on top of what they were supposed to provide. Then later caved in and moved her elsewhere. Took a huge hit losing all of the monthly fees she had paid into the system for this care, by leaving the facility. Would not recommend.

The staff my mother and our family encountered on all levels of care so far have been caring and compassionate. The grounds are well groomed and inviting. Hawaiian aloha at its finest.

Kahala Nui is where I would want my kupuna, my elders, to retire to if they needed or wanted. The accommodation, service, and support of individual needs is 5 star plus!

Upscale retirement home. Beautiful gardening and elegant lobby. Nice.

My parents moved into independent living in 2005. Since then, my mother has moved through increasing levels of care. The ambiance and service are wonderful and the staff who care for my mother are loving and warm. We are very grateful that she is in a place where we know she is so well cared for.

I know a lot of people working there,therefore the environment of the place is outstanding.
