After some back and forth, Pro Acoustics allowed me to return the item if I paid for shipping and a restocking fee which I was more than happy to do. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a speaker from them over 2 weeks ago and have not even received tracking info from them. They told me that I would have the speaker in 5-9 days and here we are 14 days later and I haven t even received tracking info. SCAM!!!!!!!!! I had to call my bank to get my money back because if I left it up to them I would have been scammed. They never responded to my emails nor did they do anything to correct the issue.

Product took months to get here. Then didn t work properly. No refund after 15 days of receiving package so now I must go through the warranty process of the manufacture.
Warranty came through, despite the issues everything worked out.
I order speaker bridges and the order process went smoothly. They shipped out via FedEx on July 27th and as of August 6th they have not been delivered. I needed these last week and I was told that if we want to reorder we can do that and pay for expedited shipping and once the ones that were shipped are located then they will refund that order. How wrong is that? A solid company would have apologized and sent the new order via airfreight at no additional cost. If the old order ever shows up I would have sent them back to them.
I would never purchase anything from this company again!
I asked for clarification on a package and was not able to get a response from the sales person or the sales manager that I escalated to. While they won't answer the questions they will send out spam from multiple people at least once a day and I have been unable to get that to stop.
