I had an issue with the product I received, it basically just wouldn't work in the area that we wanted it to. After some back and forth, Pro Acoustics allowed me to return the item if I paid for shipping and a restocking fee which I was more than happy to do. Thank you for turning my (at first) less than great experience around. The customer service team went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks again!
