I order speaker bridges and the order process went...

I order speaker bridges and the order process went smoothly. They shipped out via FedEx on July 27th and as of August 6th they have not been delivered. I needed these last week and I was told that if we want to reorder we can do that and pay for expedited shipping and once the ones that were shipped are located then they will refund that order. How wrong is that? A solid company would have apologized and sent the new order via airfreight at no additional cost. If the old order ever shows up I would have sent them back to them.
I would never purchase anything from this company again!
