Only spoke on the phone about a property and they rang me back once they were back in the office. Sorted a viewing asap (sadly was sold ) but they told me asap. Customer service was lovely, couldn't fault them. They now have my details & will contact me if the property or another one becomes available again. Thank you

Throughout my journey with Priya Properties thus far, they have proven to be trustworthy, informative, and very professional. They always have time, and in turn always offer full disclosure. I couldn't feel more informed, or at ease with the handling of every and all situations concerning my properties.

Called priya properties yesterday about a few problems we have and they have come round first thing today to sort it all out. Landlord was very helpful and seemed as if he genuinely wanted to help.

Spent two years with Priya and it was awful from the minute we moved in. Never got back to you over concerns we had or if things needed fixing. However, were always on the ball when it came to taking our money and that never changed. Deposits at the end of the year were a scam each and every time. Apparent lost keys two years in a row when sent in.. Over 200 pounds to remove some pans from the kitchen that could've been used by the next tenants. It goes on and on. Students especially stay away, purely in for the money only.

Started off looking positive.... then I ended up not getting the property with a very poor email for no good reason! Since then I moved into another property without issues - keep clear, very poor service throughout.

Awful experience with Priya Properties. If it would allow me I would take that one star away! Rented the same property from them for many years, was left with a house that needed much repair and improvement over the years, however my concerns were never taken seriously. My stairs carpet was actually hanging off and I had no bannister! Yet they were very serious when it came to them wanting to increase the rent! They charge for absolutely every little they can get away with. When I finally did get the opportunity to move house, they took large amounts from my deposit without being able to prove the costs as I asked. I didn't agree to the charges therefore their tact was just to ignore me (literally I rang everyday for weeks to be told they were busy and would call back - never did! I also emailed them several times and was also ignored) They are in it purely for the money as far as I can see, it's a disgusting way to treat somebody, in particular a very long term tenant! I would avoid!!

!!!students beware!!! Possibly the worst letting agency in Leicester, will try their very best to retain your deposit money when moving out (picking out the tiniest traces of dirt to justify a deduction in your deposit refund) and during our tenancy we were even told at one point that they didn't care about our schedule and that we had to fit theirs!

Terrible estate agents, if your letting beware, not interested when there is problems but fast enough to chase money. Avoid at all cost.

Priya Properties were very accommodating throughout our two years in a student property. They were quick to replace an oven when it broke down, and helped us get in contact with a plumber when our boiler was on the blink. They responded to my emails, answered my calls, and welcomed us at the office when matter needed to be sorted face-to-face. From my experience, many students don't understand what it means to leave a property 'as you left it', and are quick to complain when the agency takes some of their deposit to pay for the damages. If you are prepared to be considerate towards others and clean up after yourself, you will have a fine experience with Priya Properties.

Completely useless company with piss poor customer service, happy to take money of you but move at a snails pace when you have an issue. Ignoring phone calls deliberately and pretending not to be in the office when you do get through. You get a response back to your review that makes them sound accommodating and helpful which is quite ironic given the fact they've already taken your money and will probably ignore you when you ring again

The worst experience ever with a letting agency in leicester. AVOID - there are many better reputable ones out there! Firstly, the other reviews are accurate saying they try to keep all your money, secondly they LIE outright to tenants and landlords to try and promote their own properties / families properties, they waste your time and assure you they are making progress. Just to point out it seems that all interactions with the male members of staff are pleasant. But Priya especially was the most rudest person with an attitude problem and lied about everything. Kishore was lovely, feel sorry for the decent members of staff there. Priya is the most unprofessional snobbiest agent in leicester - avoid at all costs!

My daughter rented a property from Priya and they have been very efficient. Comprehensive paperwork, clear instructions. Returned the deposit in good time. Very professional at all times.

Absolutely horrible agency to rent from. Got to deal with them against our will, as property we were renting was sold, so Priya took over. We had communal washing machine, it did break and agency did nothing apart from increasing rent. Flat was getting mouldy, priya would not do a thing for a year until we said we are moving out, only then they ve started to move around. Asked for silly things to get cleaned when moving out in order to cut deposit money, for example glass in the oven, despite it wasn't able to do physically as the oven was old and it was not possible to take glass out or open it as it was built in so the middle part between two glass wasn't accessible. They will fight for a single penny and will ask absolutely ridiculous things to do, meanwhile wont help you out at all. When they were showing property to other people they didnt bother about our schedule, even said that is fine to do while we were absent which I strongly disagreed with. Unprofessional, rude, unfriendly.

Priya Properties have been very lenient and generous with changing tenancy contracts which has been handy due to people dropping out of the original contract. In addition to this, upon calling the emergency number provided it was second to none service, and the problem was fixed within three days. Very efficient and willing to help.

I have just sold my house through Sanjiv at Priya properties and cannot recommend them highly enough. We received a friendly, reliable and professional service throughout the process. Very impressed.

Im renting property from Priya Properties Leicester. Last week friday night my shower stop heating water. I call Monday and ask to fix it but since toady they dont do nothing just exquis, like that person who doing this dont picking up the phone , looks like in Leicester no more peoples or company who can fix that. All the time need call them. We already reported to Council about this. Wall got the crack whats they dont fix since I move in ( about 6 months) . I

Priya Properties have great student houses and are always very prompt to respond to queries or come to call outs if there is a problem.

In complete agreement with Calum, students you would be wise to avoid Priya, money driven and useless in the management of the property. Issues were not resolved throughout tenancy and petty charges incurred on moving out. Not a wholly enjoyable experience.

Extremely happy with the Landlord Service received from Priya Properties. First class service all round. Priya Properties are highly efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and always provide friendly service. Cannot rate highly enough. I have no hesitation in using them again and recommending to every landlord I know. It really takes the pressure off by having an outstanding letting agent on board. Thank you.

Students be aware. I found a house for rent. Advertised as 3 double bedroom which in reality was one double and one single room. The third "double bedroom" was the room with the main door! I would love to see Priya living in that room herself or try to fit a double bed in to the tiniest single room. Liars...
