Amazing stay! Thanks to the Guest Relations hospitality (Vanessa,Delzine, Sayali, Amanda and Pooja Tripathi)

I have stayed here to 2 weeks, place is really good. Food and service is plus. Building exterior looks dated, inside is great.

It's was a superb experience with Maratha. Grt to see that management is extra cautious and taking all preventive measures to ensure guests are safe in this pandemic time. Food was delicious. Specially Peshawari menu.
Will surely visit here in future.

Experience was gud, however hotel needs to provide ,dental care kit , slippers... Service is ok and little bit slow.. breakfast was ok ok...not upto the mark..need to think twice for booking hotel again.

The stay was great. ITC has taken all the precaution to make the stay safe for everyone and yet pleasurable. The food was good and staff was courteous and helpful.

It is beautiful hotel setup near Mumbai international airport. The interiors give look and feel of Maratha palace. Main lobby has Shivaji decor and couple of live size wooden horse sculptures giving you the feel of maratha palace. On each floor you can witness the art work and decor resembling Maratha era. The unique art has combination of paintings and Zari from the Maratha era.

It has got few banquet halls and rooms on six floors. They take utmost care for sanitization during Covid times. They have equipped lifts with paddle callers and hand sanitizers are placed at all correct places.

Tip: While booking please check for all inclusive rates. This will include three meals for 2+2 at very small incremental price.

Neat and spacious room and good spa services. One of the best places to dine in the town. For sea food lover, Dakshin is a must visit. Peshwa pavilion dinner buffet is nice

Great location. My preferred work accommodation. The most comfortable, spacious and clean room & beds while working away. Love the restaurant and menu is interesting and delicious food. Staff friendly and attentive. Location is wonderful for shopping after work.

It is one of the awesome accommodation company from SPG group. Stay is always pleasing. Professional and we'll mannered staff. Food is delicious from all the kitchen they have. Must try Dal Bukhara from Peshawri Restaurant of ITC Maratha.

I visited here recently after gap of almost 4-5 years, don't know why I didn't find it as vibrant as it use to be. But they serve the best food even today. loved it. big fan.

I absolutely love the food here. From what I have tried in my short overnight stays (2-3 visits so far), the breakfast spread and in-room dining menu are both elaborate, authentic, and delicious.
Standard of facilities and service are as expected and will not disappoint.

Everything was good at the Ballroom where I was for a wedding, but terrible toilets for a hotel of this level...

Ambiance , specious rooms and cleanliness is top notch!!food is excellent except Biryani and did not like concept where for food we had to wait until buffet gets over for pavilion potions + waiting time at reception during check in.

Stayed only for one night, and had a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly all around, room was stunning (Shivaji Suite), and food was sumptuous, although a bit pricey.
The main lobby is not as impressive or grand as one would expect in a luxury collection hotel but does have some good elegant touches. I would give 4 stars but the price is lower than what you would typically pay for a luxury collection property and hence the 5 stars considering value for money.
Will definitely consider staying here again.

Peshavari at ITC Maratha is a very different experience. In a nice, cosy setting, you have to use your fingers to eat, sans any knife, spoon or fork. Menu is limited but portions are good. Dal was tasty, vegetable kebabs were so so, chicken tikka was very good. Prices are on the higher side, definitely not a place you would go daily, unless your surname is Ambani.

An excellently managed property at all segments. Best spaced and thoughtfully managed Rooms with abundance of possible equipping. Special mention for excellence of Food with best courtesy. A real thoughtful COVID 19 Protocols at all places. Stayed in one of the Famous Taj Property too this week. It was good. However in comparison, ITC Maratha stands out to much higher rating... A real value for the money... in fact its Rewarding to be there.

The famous hotel in India, it's excellent, there staff, workers, all people good, and very helpful. ITC product its very useful. And in hotel system awesome.
