I had an amazing time at the hotel while my stay in Mumbai. The staff is really courteous and ready to help. I loved the entire decor of the hotel.I was here for an event for 2 days and absolutely loved the entire place. It has a really nice pool on the 11 the floor.. the food at the restaurant is good too.

Had a very bad experience had to wait for my mango ice cream for more then half hour and when it arrived it was too milky I could hardly taste the mango

Great place to stay with family, don't miss desert @ Fabelle boutique multiple restaurants for different taste, lounge is great with good live music ,try out kids chocolate making classes at fabelle boutique,friendly and always open to help staff make this place one of the best in Mumbai

Hotel..no doubt Very luxurious. Food, I feel is overrated. It's about marketing and making sure that the top guns keep dropping and get photographed. But an experience worth having, but definitely not for the food

Breakfast at the hotel is amazing. I got upgraded to a suite which was impeccable and had all luxuries I could possibly think of. Every little detail carefully looked after and the room service was quick.The butler service ensured I got what I asked for.Overall a fantastic experience!nice

One should definitely try the restaurant Dakshin, it is the south indian kitchen where you have the authentic sounth indian taste.
The names of the dishes are the orginal south indian names.
Must tries are the appam with kodi kura (chicken).
Rasam as an appetizer.

ITC Maratha is a great hotel. We had done a staycation at this place for 2 days and we have great memories from this place. They have over 7 restaurants. Humble and understanding staff. Great food and amenities at this hotel. A Hotel class apart.

great food, awesome stay at this place. The staff is really sweet and helpful. Very close to the airport so that is surely a plus for people travelling from outside Mumbai

Only intent on making money. Has 4 weddings in one day and had their main road blocked by generator and supply vans to their own premise, they didn't care at ask that this caused traffic jam for kms for the guests who were trying to reach those same weddings.
Horrid horrid place.
Shows utter lack of civil responsibility to the city.
Roads outside are filthy, congested, and a mess.
They shud learn from THE LEELA, which is just round the corner, on how they have extended their umbrella to encompass the main road outside their hotel, by maintaining the green dividers, plant rows, trees and overall cleanliness.

This is one of the best hotels ive been in. When i was told its an "airport hotel" by buddies, was expecting something way loss posh. This is fantastic. Staff quality is excellent. Well versed in english. Hotel has a very traditional modern feel. First hotel ive seen where wall outlets are ready for universal standard. If you have no heavy luggage, its a few minutes walk from the airport.

Exotic hotel, beautiful interiors on traditional Maratha style. Peshawar restaurant serves amazing delicacies non veg and veg. Location is bang on the Terminal 2 Airport.

Paradise beside the airport. This hotel is very comfortable and the staff give a five star service. Only a five minute drive from the airport so great if you need to sleep. Rooms are quiet and facilities are very good with a choice of restaurants.Please like if you found my review helpful thanks.

Hotel is really conveniently located near the airport and te staff is really helpful and friendly, always greeting you with a smile and going out of their way to help, especially the concierge or bell boys. The hotel itself ses quite old, the carpet in the room should def be changed, i felt it was quite dirty. The most frustrating thing was being so close to the airport there was no airport shuttle, i was really surprised to hear that !!!

Wonderful decor, food and hospitality at the Dum-pukth! Compliments to the Chef and the innovative mind of Chef Imtiyaz Kureshi - who's taken the humble dum biriyani to a completely different experience !

I Booked 3 rooms but its were not like which we expected. Lobby and rooms are too much bad smelly

Hotel is cosy and nice. Love Indian food but India usually has aLot of mosquitoes so I have to blast the air condition. :(
