I'd give it less than one star if I could! We missed the closing date and I wasn't notified until the day before late afternoon after I was repeatedly told making the closing date was not a problem. Then I never directly received the loan estimate since the quoted estimate they gave me to lure me away from another lender was not true and I would of dropped them. I didn't know the final cost until the day of my closing. Then I found out the closing cost was more than what they quoted me so I had to run to my bank and cut another check. And the excuses! Their garbage and I would recommend any and all folks steer clear from this company as they are not honest, reliable or and definitely not dependable!

Refi was quick easy and no stress. Thank you for helping me save money.

Worst lender I have ever worked with. I'm a Texas agent who sends a lot of business to this company. Not a single transaction has closed on time. Four families are being screwed over bc of how slow and incompetent they are. I will not do business with this company any longer.

Gady Gabrielzadeh has been our loan officer for the last decade and I could not be any happier with his services. I have referred him to many of our friends and my whole family and they all have only great things to say about him. He is always there when you need him and he responds right away when needed. I had the pleasure of working with Robin Miller. All I can say is if you want a seamless Loan and get the best rate please take my advice and use her. I have bought properties and refinanced in the past bit not had an experience like this. Robin's attention to detail and thoroughness was unimaginable. Honest, available and knowledgeable.

I have made 2 purchases and 5 refi's with Dale at Priority. He has been the best loan officer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He answered all my questions, made suggestions to make the process run smoothly and was always available. My real estate agent was impressed with how fast and efficient Dale is. Documents were generated and signed via secure electronic portals. I always felt that my personal information was being protected. All issues were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. I have recommended Dale to my friends and family. My best friend used Dale to refi his house and was very happy too.

I love this company! Used them to buy a home and refi it 3 years later. They are on top of things with ongoing communication, available to answer questions and very transparent. I feel like I'm getting the best rate and service for my money. I will use them again!

I just closed on 15 deals with Tzvi Ratner-Stauber, The Yes Lender. I have been working on this for a while and I have worked with and spoken to many mortgage brokers, lenders and banks. They either told me they couldn t do it, it couldn t be done or some said they could do it, only to fail last minute. I was told to call Tzvi, that he is a straight shooter and will tell me right away if it can be done or not. If he says he can do it, it will get done. Tzvi did thorough research on this, after a few days he told me he could do it. I was obviously very skeptical. He persisted and said he would not let me down. Tzvi is a direct lender and got his underwriter on the phone to give me the level of confidence I needed. Being that they are a direct lender they are able to things other banks cant do it. They were comfortable with the regulatory agreements and in about one week he got me a very clean loan approval. Tzvi was a total professional the whole way through. No matter what hour I called him he would pick up. Be it 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM. He got on conference calls to walk through all the parties. He designed the game plans with escrow, title, the seller everyone.

Risa Buben is excellent at acquiring the best refinance rates for us. She is a go getter, and it great at explaining all the terms we had questions on. I would totally recommend her to anyone seeking a refinance deal.

As first time home buyers, my partner and I were absolutely clueless about the home buying process. But a very close friend recommended Priority Financial Network, and I am so grateful that he did. I was able to download a checklist and complete my preapproval application online without having to leave the comfort of my home. Shortly after, we learned we were approved and the Priority Financial Network team (Stephanie, Ashley, Jeri Anne, John) were on top of every detail and step of the way. When we had questions about terms, forms, numbers, closing, escrow, etc., someone was always available to reassure us with an answer. As we were working on locking in a rate, the PFN team worked rigorously and aggressively to lock us in with a rate that fit our budget. I honestly can't imagine having locked in a better rate, and without the team, we could not have made it happen. Fast forward to today, two months in as homeowners, the team is still readily available to answer any questions we have. I highly recommend Priority Financial Network to anyone in need, and I will definitely utilize their services for our future needs. Thank you a million times, PNF. We love our home, our rate, and your outstanding service!

Better than most unsolicited trash refi companies that harvest public records, as this one actually identifies itself in its mailing. They get a second star for that. Still, rather annoying to receive unsolicited trash in the mail, especially when it's so very misleading - 36bps in difference between the quoted interest rate and the APR is not great, Bob.

A great home refinancing experience. We were very impressed with the ease in contacting our loan officer. In addition, the on-line resources, provided by your secure server website, gave us a true 'peace of mind'. The website features were a real time saver and a benefit to us as the borrowers. The pricing was competitive and the service was First Class. Highly recommended.

The only reason for the 2 stars instead of one star was my experience with Joshua Olguin and his assistant Tim. These two men went above and beyond what was expected to complete the loan origination process. The rest of the staff were inefficient, overwhelmed, overworked, and/or poorly trained. I almost switched to a different mortgage company due to a better rate and more efficient staff. Work was so poor that title company had to refund over $1,400 after closing even though title company reported errors three times providing adequate time for correction. Company should stop providing useless films and provide efficient staff.

We recently refinanced our mortgage with Priority Financial. Jake was great to work with and we are very happy customers. 5 stars well-earned here.

I about a house in West Hills in January and I used Priority for both purchasing the property and also the loan. Their represntative Lynda Marie was outstanding I have purchased other properties in the past but this was the best experience i had in real estate transcation. Extremely unprofessional. Provide no visibility into the process. Complete bait and switch. Management takes no responsibility for the fraudulent antics of the brokers. Find another broker to work with.

Refinanced two times with Wesley. Both times were stress-less and closed on time.

Excellent experience. Jesse made everything simple and streamlined for me. The process started and really in "a blink of an eye" it was done with a refi at a lower rate and cash out. I have already recommended them to a friend and will use them again, if needed, in the future!

Worst service EVER! This was perhaps the MOST unprofessional company I've ever worked with. First, they never gave me an Ellie Mae secure transaction account, so all of my financials were uploaded via email. They repeatedly asked for stuff that I had already given them, refused to do anything to help make this process any easier (like run a title search for loan pay-off document). In addition, I gave them everything they asked for, except for a blank SSA-89 that they just wanted me to sign. However, this form asks for information that I didn't have and they didn't fill out. They refused to give me that information and declined me because I refused to sign a blank document that would give anyone who filled it in access to my social security number! In my opinion, they gave me that form in bad faith and never intended to give a single woman a mortgage. My credit is impecable with a FICA score in the 800's and this was a refinance. No excuses! Stay away!!

Dan Buben and PFN take the stress out of home buying! Dan Buben is more than just a mortgage broker! He is a trusted advisor and helps you every step of the way from pre-approval to closing and even after! The thoughtfulness and organized approach Dan utilizes is refreshing and for the busy individual he makes the process seamless from start to finish! There is no such thing as an issue with Dan when going through the process. He knows how to address any issue and or bump in the road to ensure a smooth approval process! I highly recommend PFN and especially Dan Buben!

I ve worked with several lenders (and for that matter with many service companies) and this was by far the worst service I have ever had. Unprofessional, disorganized, you have to call, email or text about 10-15 times to get 1 response from him if you are lucky. Also I was patient and gave David plenty of opportunities to reset the relationship. Never changed. Same song and dance. I wouldn t recommend if you want any semblance of a smooth loan process.
