The Priority Continuum Onyx is an amazing bike. I ve never seen any bike with these features (carbon belt drive, continuously variable transmission, dyno front hub and light and many more) at such a great price. The folks at my local bike shop were amazed. It s the perfect city commuter bike that handles medium-rough trails with ease.

Updating my review. Received my Turi and put it together without too much difficulty. Works great, the perfect bike for me with belt drive, disc brakes, and rear hub gearing. The Enviolo CVT hub is smooth as silk. Great customer service too. When the the shipment was delayed, I reached out to customer service, and the owner, Dave, replied right away and refunded the shipping charge.

Phenomenal product and response to a problem I had. The gear shifter stopped working and they immediately dealt with it via FAQ's then I decided to order a new one and the package was stolen. They sent me another package for no additional charge - top class customer service. Product has served me very well in Santa Monica for daily commutes, love it.

I recently bought a Embark Priority E bike from Priority. I had it professionally assembled upon delivery. Six weeks after intermittent
riding resulted in the Bosch battery going dead. Even as of today,
no one has the answer.

Fortunately for me, the battery is under a two year warranty. I took
the bike to a Trek shop near me and they troubleshooted the problem.
Bosch was contacted, but they were out of stock for four weeks.
I had numerous good communications with the Priority folks. They
did an excellent job of responding to my emails and concerns in a
very timely manner.

After I told Priority about the Bosch out of stock issue, they said they would see what they could do. Result: Priority shipped me out one
of their new batteries! Then they provided a prepaid shipping label
to send the defunct one back to them.

I can't say enough good things about Priority customer service and
their positive attitude in resolving the battery issue. Now I can look
forward to many happy miles riding my ebike.

I ve had my Priority Classic Plus Gotham for only a day now. But if Priority s customer service is any indication of the quality of their bikes, this might be the best bike i ve ever owned.

For your money, you will get an outstanding bike. If anything is wrong, you will quickly get resolution.

My bike shipped with a untrue wheel, which could have been due to shipping. Within an HOUR, through a email with Erik and Dave, my wheel was fixed. WOW!

If you re considering one of their bikes, pull the trigger with the peace of mind that they will do whatever they can to make you happy.

I have been incredibly impressed by this brand so far. I recently took the plunge and ordered a Priority "Ace of Spades" and love it. Shipping was fast, delivery was smooth, and the bike arrived undamaged. Assembly was pretty easy and all of the tools were included for setup. I also ordered some accessories after my first ride and they shipped immediately as well. But most of all, I've been impressed by the customer service; their response times and insight have been top-notch and it's been a pleasure dealing with them. I'm looking forward to many happy miles on my new Ace of Spades. Thanks, folks!

I LOVE my Priority bicycle - Classic Plus Gotham Edition. I am so impressed with the quality, performance and aesthetics of my new bicycle. I am also impressed with Priority Bicycle s Customer Service department. I highly recommend.

Customer service was responsive and knowledgeable, shipping was fast. I wanted a clean, comfortable, low-maintenance bike with a step-through frame that would be suitable for child transport and generally getting around town. I got the Classic Plus and it fits the bill pretty much perfectly. I especially love the belt drive.

Some thoughts:
-The riding position is completely upright and very comfortable.
-The coaster brakes take a bit of getting used to - they will skid if you try to slam on the brakes, but they're fine if you brake a bit more gently. I'm glad that there's a front hand brake as well.
-The gearing is set so that the bike is always pretty easy to pedal - even the highest gear only gets up to a moderate speed. This works well for me since I'll be carrying a heavy kid most of the time, but you won't be going anywhere terribly fast on this bike.
- I wish that there were a chain guard included.

Overall I'm delighted with the bike. Nothing else I looked at came close to meeting my requirements for such a low price.

An Absolutely great product, Mine a Priority Bicycle, Classic. It is as represented, quiet, good looking, very lightweight, rides like a dream, and a great coaster. Steering is a little twitchy but it could simply be the fact that i'm a little older now and haven't been on a bike for 15 years. Highly recommend.

Although I live in Washington State and haven t ridden a bicycle in 30 years, I bought a new Turi bicycle without so much as a test ride from a company in New York. Crazy. Right?

Well, at least I researched it a bit. Crazy or not, I ordered it, had it delivered all the way across the country, and assembled it myself using their videos. I love the bike!

* Love the casual comfort.
* Love the very quiet and very clean belt drive.
* Love the seamless shifting. A lot. Like, really a lot.
* Love the disc brakes.
* Love the fenders.
* Love the kick-stand.
* Love the lower unisex crossbar to get my leg over. Not as young as I once was apparently. ;)
* Love the easy assembly.
* Love the low maintenance, in theory.
* Love that Dave talked me into a Turi instead of the more expensive model that I was originally interested in, based on our email discussion.

I m 56 years old, 6 3 , weigh 230 pounds (the main reason I bought a bike), and have a 34 inseam. I was a bit worried that the Turi (size large) would feel a bit small, but that s not the case at all. I feel totally comfortable riding it, in almost every conceivable way. It s perfect for me.

Also:

* Love the optional bicycle rear rack (installed after this picture was taken).
* Love the optional rechargeable light set. Plenty bright for my needs.
* Like the optional phone holder, but don t love it. I have an iPhone 11 Pro. It uses the entire screen and the holder sometimes gets in the way. If that s my only complaint about my bicycle buying experience though, I d call that a huge win. Yes. Huge win.

No buyer s remorse here. I ve been riding it about 10 miles per day since I assembled it. One very satisfied customer! If you ve been thinking about buying a new bicycle, during a pandemic because you ve got cabin fever for example, you could definitely do much worse than buying one of these. And who knows? Maybe you ll even love it too. :)
