Phenomenal product and response to a problem I had. The gear shifter stopped working and they immediately dealt with it via FAQ's then I decided to order a new one and the package was stolen. They sent me another package for no additional charge - top class customer service. Product has served me very well in Santa Monica for daily commutes, love it.
