Great printing and job done on time. BUT- Very bad mismanaged customer service. Each rep has issue helping if the account is belongs to the other rep. They will push you around. It finally gets done but only if you have loads of time and patience.

I used to do business with this company, but they changed my mind for my last print job. They really inflated their shipping charge so I got on a chat to inquire what might be done. That chat had me online for an hour! Then, they offered me $7 off. Seriously? I was like, fine, I ll take whatever. Then I went to check out.....the price readjusted right back. By this time I was getting a bit cranky. So I tried opening another chat. I waited for someone. And waited. 15 more minutes online until I could talk to someone and explain what had happened. They assured me they were concerned and would look into it.......after another 20 minutes they came back online and told me that everything would be taken care of if I called an 800 number they would give me. Are you kidding me!?!? More time!?!? For $7!?!? I know, it s partially my fault because I should have known to go with another company earlier.....my time is worth WAY MORE than that.
I place all of our client orders through PrintPlace, and probably call them about once a week to ensure our print job is coming out correctly, and they are always so willing to stay on the phone with me to troubleshoot issues with the design or send me a custom template to help out.
They have an array of products which covers most of our client's requests, and the pricing is always reasonable. I am PrintPlace loyal, for life.
I'm glad I used Print Place for these bookmarks. The specifications for the artwork are clear, ordering and uploading art easy, and they turned out lovely!
Uploaded an image to have stickers made. Proof was accepted and money immediately paid to company. Then I receive a message my file won t work. Resize the image and send through Dropbox like their website advises. Proceed to resize the image several times and they say it will be pixelated and come out blurry. So I don t know what company charges prior to an accepted proof from the buyer but they sure do and now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund.
Using their website to upload your artwork, etc. is very easy and that all worked well. I needed stickers/labels for an upcoming craft show and chose the delivery date I thought would work so I'd get them a few days before the show I'm in. What I didn't expect was for the approval process for my stickers to take so long (I had approved the proof the same day I received the email from them) and therefore, I'm not going to receive them on time. So it will be 2 weeks from the day I approved the artwork to when I'll receive the labels....way too long in my opinion. And had I chosen a faster shipping option, I'd be paying more for the shipping than the labels themselves. Again, had I known it would take so long for them to print them, I'd have chosen another site to order them from.
There are so many good printing companies out there. This company is terrible, the worst. They keep missing deadline for our events. After spending thousand of dollars to plan our events with our vendors, the printing piece did not make it in. Twice this has happened to us and that's more than enough to never ever use them again for any of our printing needs. Find someone else to print with or you will learn a horrible lesson that we did. All they will do for us is to refund the money we spent on the job while we are losing our deposit on all of our event vendors when we have to cancel our event. Unreliable as it gets. Don't deserve to have my business ever again.
Amazing company. Excellent customer service. If you have any printing needs use this company. I made a mistake in my artwork that needed to be printed. I contacted them about the issue and they were able to resolve it even when the wrong artwork was in production. Very satisfied customer. I will be shopping with them again. Thank you print place.
I truly hate these people- our company's save the date postcard will not be out on time because it sat in waiting for approval for a week even though I have approved it twice. Every time I send anything to them I get a message something might be cut off if 90% of the time there is nothing wrong. The worst customer service ever

This place is great! I designed some flyers and the format and sizing was incorrect but their design team helped me out and corrected my design free of charge and they came out looking awesome! I highly recommend this place. I ve been a return customer ever since :)
Our nonprofit had massive delays, proofs lost, wrong proofs delivered, damaged calendars, etc etc etc . I spent 40 minutes waiting on chat and no one responded. Then could not reach them for FOUR hours, left a message and the never called back. I have had to call so many times and been on hold for so long that the combined total on hold is over 8 hours. A partial refund was provided, however, it was not near enough to cover the frustration and delays we experienced working with this company. I don't know what happened to this company for it to go downhill s badly. After over a decade of working with printplace. will not be using them again.
Great prices. I'm not going to lie, I had some issues with them in the past, but it seems to be all worked out now. At least for the past several orders. Very fast, great prices, and I love that they give us a discount for being a non-profit. Can't see switching companies for the foreseeable future.
They will not allow me to pick my package up from UPS early. They make UPS hold it even though it could be delivered early. Find another printing solution that really puts their customers first.
This is a failure on Print Place for this type of business practice. Lame - If you support lame, support them.
I have turned to print place for the past 5 years regarding all of our business print collateral. No one does it better. Friendly staff, quality printing in a timely manner. Not to mention, the websites ordering process is a breeze. 5 stars for print place is a no brainer!

Do not, I repeat, do not use this company! Their online templates are incorrect and as a result will not give you an accurate proof online. Here is where the fun begins. If you attempt to contact them via the handy Chat button, you will be dealing with their outsourced Customer Service department in China or India. Basically good luck trying to get someone on the phone who speaks English or even understands anything about printing. After a few minutes of wasting your time with pointless questions, they will also maliciously cut your chat off right at the moment you start getting somewhere. Next, If you try to call them and get help or complain, you will be waiting on hold for at least half and hour, which happened to me, and then they will hang up on you - which happened to me. A few bad apples to watch out for: Gian, Monica Reyes, Eva, and also the "supervisors" of the customer service department. As an honest customer who just wanted some decent customer service I was unable to get anything remotely close. This place is absolutely the worst in every way possible and does not deserve your time or business!
We have used PrintPlace for several years. They are our "go to" printer for great quality at a great price and, in our experience, great customer service.

Their pricing is not very good honestly. I was able to get better pricing from my local UPS store. I order envelopes from them and it took over a week and then had to pay a arm and a leg in shipping. The next time I needed envelopes I ordered them from my local UPS Store and I had them the same day and at the same price as this place. Keep your money in your community. Print place is not worth it.

Communication is horrible. No one is willing to get my order corrected. I have to talk to 20 different people and none of them are able to help. ORDER # 6568192
*Edit- shipping is $30 for my $54 order. What a joke. Agents are super responsive but not knowledgeable. The website is extremely hard to use and keeps glitching out. It's taking me forever to do a simple thing that should have taken me a fraction of the time. Grrr. The design option is horrendous. Not user friendly at all. I will update my review once I receive the order.

I'm a graphic designer and one of my specialties is helping nonprofits and community organizations look polished. PrintPlace is a component of my business because delivery is reliable, print and finish is excellent. I especially like having several options to expedite printing and delivery, as well as projected delivery dates accompanying each option.

I was making an order of 3000 vinyl stickers. I had them all in my cart and It had 3 different shipping options 7-10 day 3-5 day and next day air ranging from $12-50. I noticed I had one of the images be a little off center (my own doing in their design tool) I went back and corrected it going back to check out and my only shipping option this time was next day air for $50. I tried to use their chat to resolve the situation and after nearly 30 min I also called in trying to get it resolved. All I was told is that is the only shipping option and they could possibly lower it by $10. It was taking them so long to even get information that I went ahead and just placed my order trying to get out of there.
Fast forward a few days and my order get an email telling me it shipped today the 12th and I check my tracking number and it says it wont be here til sometime the 15th which as you all I'm sure can count and that isn't 1 day. I called in to find out what happened as I paid the full price for the next day air. I was informed that they got it printed a day earlier than they had hoped so they just changed the shipping thinking it was not a big deal. The did not inform me of the change and the system says it can take up to 5 days turnaround. They tried to cut corners and save money on shipping being dishonest about it and I caught them doing it. The person I delt with on the phone this time was actually pretty good at her job and apologized. I am frustrated however that I was also lied to that they only had next day air available and then they shipped it another way as soon as they could. Shady business practices so you do what you want with orders etc. I will need something pretty serious to happen to keep my business here

My stickers arrived and they are so cool! However, I was under the impression from my chat with customer service and the page where I ordered from that I was going to receive rolls of stickers, not labels cut out.
They are impossible to peel and stick. I have ruined a good number just trying to take off the backing under a bright light. I wish someone had told me this was going to happen and convinced me to change the quality because these are a total waste of money. I'm glad I waited before I put an order for our two sided business cards and larger stickers for windows and cars. I was so excited to be a first time customer but not so much now.
Cheapest price highest quality printing in the Metroplex little do they know I own a company that does door flyers and door hangers I refer work to them constantly over the last five or six years they printed millions of pieces for my customers
Sometimes it's not that you execute something perfect the first time, it is how you handle a mistake.
I received some cards that were printed off center. I was fairly happy still but the cards were not perfect. I was going to just "live with it" because the price was good and the mistakes was not horrible, However when I was presented with a customer service survey, I notified Printplace of the problem.
Rather than give me an excuse they immediately expressed that they wanted to fix the problem. They could have just said sorry for your experience and moved on, they they wanted to make sure everything was 100% right,

This company used to be great. However, in the past several months, I have had more problems and less customer service than the past 5 or 6 years combined. I think it is under new ownership/management and the customers simply aren't as valued as they were before.
We were struggling to get the colors just right on a campaign for an upcoming event. The customer service team was amazing at making sure we had exactly what we needed, at walking us through every step, and have produced beautiful materials for us. PrintPlace will be my go-to from here on out!
These guy's are awesome. It's a huge printer service that I assume operates all over the nation but since they are local it makes it easier to pick up. They do a fast job at a really good price. Sometimes way better than Vistaprint on price. I once had an issue with a print and they quickly fixed it super fast. Good people
TERRIBLE customer service. I reached out to get clarification before spending my time on placing an order. When I got to checkout I ran into the EXACT problem I was trying to avoid. They clearly don't know what they are talking about.
Bad customer service. No longer US based. I would highly not recommend using their mailing services. If you have a question about mailing, you go to a customer service department that struggles to understand your question and relays your question to the US based mailer. I used to mail with Print Place years ago and it was a great experience, unfortunately their business model changed and your no longer able to talk with the people that are actually dropping your mailing.
I wanted to print some stickers for my work group that my co-workers could put on their laptops, etc. to build some team unity and pride.
Print Place was by far the cheapest. Their minimum order quantity was much lower than the rest along with the price. The quality of the stickers was incredible. I think I only had to wait a few weeks for them.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to get custom stickers made.

I'm amazed at how easy it was to order what I wanted, and how fast it came in and the quality! Their interface was easy to use. I was a little hesitant at first because I was unsure how everything would look in the end but everything came out great! Highly recommend!
The print quality is disappointing. Also they applied tabs to my brochures that were supposed to be clear and easy to remove according to the sales agent on the website chat platform. Instead the tabs can't be removed and they look nasty My previous review was erased and the el"external resolution centre" contacted me and deny that I had any communication with them.
My 2" x 6" stickers came out real nice. While ordering, I had trouble getting the image centered without it looking blurry. A customer service rep quickly fixed the issue for me. I am very happy with this purchase.
There are plenty of companies that offer similar products. Explore all your options before deciding to work with this company. The postcards I ordered looked good but, the process of trying to communicate with this company is painful. Between the misinformation and lack of responses, I ve decided not to use this company again.
The sticker image came out a little smaller than I anticipated. The company offered to remake the stickers or offer me a credit for new stickers. I declined their offer as there was nothing wrong with the stickers. They have very good customer service and want to make sure their customers are happy. I would use this company again.
My experience with Print Place was one of my best experiences in my 34 year tenure in business. We have an in-store graphic designer that usually uses the largest printer in Sacramento California for our printing needs. When we submitted this order for envelopes to them (the one in Sacramento), it seem to be way over their head. I was a little bit frustrated dealing with them. All I wanted is to get some envelopes printed on the front and back. These envelopes are to be used when we finalize a transaction with a customer and their receipt and necessary records, and other offers go into the envelope so they can store it in their glove box. We are a Mobile electronics store, so the records need to be kept with the vehicle. I engaged with Print Place probably 4 to 5 times on the phone and every time I dealt with them, Maricar and Michelle they were very helpful, patient and were clear on what they were doing. Too many times when you talk to companies over the phone it almost seems like you re training their employee instead of them knowing what they re doing on their own. They really have their act together. I received the envelopes faster than I thought I would, and the quality of the printing is higher quality than I even expected. Having had a great experience, which is rare these days I can t say enough about Print Place. Well having said all that I highly recommend them, and one would be a fool not to do business with them. Who prints a raffle ticket with the number only on the ticket stub? Print Place that's who. I read on the site they print on both, the ticket and the stub. Now when I receive my order it is only printed on the stub. I contacted customer service to chat and was cut off in the first secession and had to start all over. The second person said the numbering was not on my artwork. When I asked why I had to put it on my artwork when numbering was an ordering option to choose I was told the selection and the artwork must match. I brought to her attention there is not option top select that states ticket number printed on both the stub and the ticket so that was impossible to do. Her response was that I could reorder and she could ask for a discount but I would still need to pay to fix it.
I am always impressed with their customer service - they can help me through any problem, and they take special care to make sure I am happy with everything I order. I am convinced the success of our organization is due in part to the quality of our printed materials - and for the past 10+ years we have exclusively used PrintPlace.
