This was our second time ordering customized masks from Print Globe. These masks were originally given to employees in care boxes back in December and since then I am always getting requests for them. We ordered more and the second time around was even easier.

My company purchased their matches as a way to promote our business. We gave them with every giveaway we had, but it was to our surprise that the matches received such a negative response. The matches simply did not stay lit. PrintGlobe did not help us in the matter with a refund or replacement. They refused to give us a refund, blaming us for why the matches were unusable. This is not how you run a business. Simply to say we will never be using PrintGlobe s services ever again if this is how we are to be treated as paying customers.
I found this company and it looked really professional and fairly priced, so I placed an order. However, my "senior account manager" was a complete joke! There was ZERO communication from them. I finally utilized the chat feature on their site, and that person was super helpful and nice, and said that my account manager would message me back the following day. Well I still didn't hear from camelia, so I emailed the company instead of my account manager and explained what was going on, and that representative was amazing to work with and extremely nice as well. I recommend this company, but if your account manager's name is camilea, I wish you luck!
Customer service was wonderful, friendly and prompt especially dealing with a tight deadline. Print quality was absolutely terrible. Print was too small to read and not centered. Yes I gave permission to print-but what was printed did not match the proof I signed off on. This was for a celebration of life-so needless to say we are disappointed because even if the company would make it right-we don't have enough time to get this before my fathers memorial service. Color isn't correct either but if the print would have been better-it would make up for it. :(
Could barely see the white logo against the black mask. It worked but I would definitely have liked it to be whiter and brighter.
