Morgan stand. The saleswoman is at her checkout and sees me taking items. A friend arrives and she runs away with her. When I want to pay for my items, there is no one left. I had to dock another person in another booth to pay. Since when can employees leave their job to leave with a friend?

The prices for the holiday season are deadly. but the products are good. Reserved for the upper class. On the other hand, the after-wind service is a disaster. Impossible to replace a watch strap from a major brand at 250. not expensive enough maybe ???

The shop presents only branded products at exorbitant prices. I saw sweaters over 500 during the sales period! Luxury can have its place, but not in a place that is so poorly maintained and so unwelcoming. The ceilings are low, the lighting is poor, everything is poorly maintained.

Very nice store. The saleswomen are at the top. The women's section is on the ground floor while the men's section is on the first. Many brands: Zapa, IKKS, see u soon, the kooples, Morgan, naf naf, Michael kors, Guess (for leather goods), longchamps, Maje .... The dressing rooms are very spacious, we are there comfortable. I recommend.

After buying a coat The Kooples I asked a retouch of the size of the sleeves.
First flat, they had forgotten to give the product for editing so a week late, or it is not very serious.
Once the jacket in my possession it took only two days for two buttons to fall, so I come back to the store (for the 4th time for a product) the store makes me a retouch buttons free, I also ask for moved it will be more solid because more adapted to my corpulence, and today I will seek my jacket, all contant, and there a carnage:
buttons not at all symmetrical with the second side, stitching apparent on the fabric, pocket and lining sewn, in short a botched job.
I have to go back on Tuesday, I hope to have a coat exchange (and a refund of the touch-ups already done) and I will go through a professional for the alterations.
The saleswoman was very welcoming and very friendly, no problem at this level.

For lovers of timeless brands, great basics and chic and quiet shopping, only one address: Printemps in Nancy.

If it would be in good taste to somewhat "modernize" the sales areas (in particular by integrating a real route associated with virtual elements), Le Printemps nonetheless remains a warm and welcoming department store, with its superb envelope Art Deco at its staircase.

The quality of sales professionals is generally there. Aside from the haughty and disdainful character of some salespeople on male stands (a shirt seller and one of Levi's jeans), professionalism is at the rendezvous.

Excellent point for the professionalism and sympathy of the manager of the stand Guy Degrenne, the youth and the dynamism of the stand manager Ralph Lauren as well as that of the Balibari corner. The Tommy Hilfiger, Diesel, G-Star Raw and Lacoste spaces are also very well managed.

In short, I highly recommend Printemps, which despite these few small failures (they are the lot of all businesses) is nonetheless a friendly and pleasant space.
