Meanwhile, 15 printers have been in contract. This continues the contract. Very flexible, and that is necessary because we have to be this ourselves towards our own customers. For the time being still very satisfied.

Received spam letter from this company that I had never heard of. The letter gives the impression that I have a contract with them that will expire soon and that I run the risk of automatic renewal. Fortunately, it immediately googled on reviews and it is clear: throw that letter away. And also clear: feedback company reviews are not reliable. With this review, I hope to contribute to the demise of this type of company, because nobody falls for their shady sales methods anymore.

At the time, we were approached by Tom Kapteijns, account manager of PrintControl, with an interesting summer proposal for a new Konica Minolta C258 with a nice solution to replace our old, sometimes malfunctioning printer. All communication and rapid follow-up have been handled and executed satisfactorily. We are happy with our choice and if 6 or more stars are possible we would have given them :-) Recommended! Excellent service and tailor-made services. I have not had a negative experience myself as mentioned above. Were quick to come by and schedule an appointment. The technical support was also very friendly and could be present quickly during a malfunction.

They approached me kindly and had a good story so we made an appointment. After this an account manager came to see me and told them what they are doing. Previously I had to order all my toners and now they are sent. Very nice!

After a good cooperation you will find out that after 6 years your contract will be extended by 6 years because there is a year notice (the fine print) that you only see after 6 years and what has not been told even after regular contact and possibly extension this has been withheld. Then they offer you a new contract at prices that are outdated. These are practices that you do not want to be scammed otherwise I cannot formulate this way of binding customers is simply not possible ... so watch out people do not work with them. Spammail from printcontrol: Answer v printcontrol: We usually send this letter to our potential customers a few months before expiration ........ Do that to your existing customers instead of surreptitiously offering them another 6-year contract.

they have helped me so well, and thanks to their good service I have almost nothing to worry about. they really listen to your wishes. That was different with our previous supplier. Here you are still treated as a person and not as a number! as with most companies. My thanks are big!

lease contract for my printer with this party, well arranged. I did have a problem with some regularity but this has now been corrected, nice that they kept active contact with me until this was solved. now rarely a failure.

We were approached by PrintControl regarding the acquisition of our contract from our previous supplier. Had a good conversation at our location with Niels Teulings and his supervisor and after a nice offer we decided to break our current contract. We had no problems with the device, but we could lease a brand new device for less money. The new printer was installed a few weeks ago. All settings as they were on the old printer have been taken over so that we could work without problems after installation. We are very satisfied with the contacts so far. I did not get past the quotation stage with this company for a new Multifunctional. During the visit of the account manager, who came to explain the quotation / assignment, I was confronted with the errors and imperfections in it. The general terms and conditions were also worth reading: Article 11 - Price change, for example, does not say anything about what percentage or which price index is used. This means that Printcontrol can implement price changes at its own discretion during the contract period of 5 years (!) !! The account manager told me that he would adjust the quotation and the general terms and conditions based on my comments. After his visit I haven't heard from Printcontrol anymore. This says enough. My advice is therefore not to do business with this company.

We are very satisfied with Printcontrol, highly recommended! Niels Oltmans told us very well and advised about our new all in one printer / scanner. Costs are immediately visible and no snags. Niels helps you really buy them instead of just selling !!! Direct contact, no tickets or emails. And the installation by engineer Bart was very quick and professional. He has given us everything taken care of for the installation and nothing was too much for him. Printcontrol employees deserve a Bossche Bol :-) Nathalie Stouthart HBS group B.V.

Last year we switched from our 'old supplier' to Print Control. The reason for this was that Print Control made us a better offer. The switch went smoothly. Any questions are answered and resolved quickly. So far we are very satisfied with Print Control.

Also had a spam letter about the expiration of our current (nonexistent) service contract "with another supplier" Containing a bold "Attention!" - "If you do nothing, you risk having your contract automatically renewed!" Well, fine. Anything rather than a company trying to get you in such a dubious way.

Had contact with Tom Kapteijns (account manager) and decided to switch to Print Control. Had good contact, clear explanation and very fast delivery. Thanks for the good follow-up, in our opinion highly recommended.

one star is the minimum, but 2 stars too much. Company is very focused on gathering service contracts, variants that you will never get out of. Have had a printer on it for years. if it is broken, it is first suggested to conclude a service contract, talking about the actual problem is avoided first. if the product purchased quickly does not meet the wish, this is actually dismissed with all kinds of excuses little service oriented, and not customer friendly. the invoice does not take precedence over the customer.

We have been doing nice business with this company for years, but the current way of communicating and trying to make money from a user error is not in my opinion of this time. We have printed a label that should be possible according to the user manual but the label stuck to the drum. The manual does state that printing labels is always at your own risk. Then comes a technician who immediately includes all wearing parts in the quotation that have not been broken at all by the label. If you report this, you will no longer respond to this in communication. However, if you want to dispose of the multifunctional (we own it ourselves, which we first had to prove), we want an amount for the remaining toners ad. 250 euros. Whether or not it will all be legally correct, but the way in which this works is worth sharing with us.
