We have been doing nice business with this company...

We have been doing nice business with this company for years, but the current way of communicating and trying to make money from a user error is not in my opinion of this time. We have printed a label that should be possible according to the user manual but the label stuck to the drum. The manual does state that printing labels is always at your own risk. Then comes a technician who immediately includes all wearing parts in the quotation that have not been broken at all by the label. If you report this, you will no longer respond to this in communication. However, if you want to dispose of the multifunctional (we own it ourselves, which we first had to prove), we want an amount for the remaining toners ad. 250 euros. Whether or not it will all be legally correct, but the way in which this works is worth sharing with us.
