Company is very focused on gathering service contracts, variants that you will never get out of.
Have had a printer on it for years. if it is broken, it is first suggested to conclude a service contract, talking about the actual problem is avoided first.
if the product purchased quickly does not meet the wish, this is actually dismissed with all kinds of excuses
little service oriented, and not customer friendly.
the invoice does not take precedence over the customer.
