I have purchased two cars from this dealership in the last year. I have always had a wonderful experience. I got both cars below KBB value and felt as though the sales manager and finance manager genuinely care about their customers. In both cases we had shopped around at other dealerships only to find that the customer service and overall buying experience was lacking at those lots. I have recommended Principle Volvo anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have never had a better experience. I left each time feeling good about the purchases I made because I knew I received quality vehicles at the best possible prices.

No Vehicle Plates. No Returned Ph. Calls. Paper plates are expired and I have suspicion they have not delivered my title to the DMV.
Will never purchase from this company again. Currently driving around with over 30 days expired paper-plates.

In approximately March of 2020, prior to COVID-19 exploding, I was in San Antonio on business. Knowing that I liked the body style of the 2020 BMW, I visited Principle Auto s BMW of San Antonio, Texas. While on site, I walked the entire show you room floor and lot, looking at all of the vehicles and waiting for someone to make contact with me. On the day of my visit, there were fewer customers than sales staff. Typically when one walks onto an auto dealership lot, a salesman or two will attempt to speak and gain that person s business. On the date of that visit, I decided to leave BMW because after approximately one hour (likely longer), not one person spoke to me. I was not dressed down (as if that should matter).

Fast forward to a little over one year later. I am again car shopping for a 2020 BMW, locating one that I liked at the same BMW dealership. I looked in Houston, Corpus Christi, Austin, only to find the ONE in San Antonio. Although my first attempt was a pretty poor experience, I decided on 06/25/2021, I was ready to try again. This time I began the conversation with the dealership via the website. I quickly received communications from a salesman, Tanner, who did a good job. After spending three days hammering out a deal with Tanner, I traveled the two hours to San Antonio in the morning hours of 06/28/2021. This lead me to the finance guy, Chris, who did a very poor job. Chris acted as though he was not interested in my money, likely due to it coming from a bank (a reputable bank similar to Navy Federal Credit Union) other than BMW and/or I was not willing to buy the EXTRAS . It must be noted, I was willing to pay the number we agreed on. During this attempted purchase, Chris was not honest and when I say he was not honest, I really mean that he lied to me. What did he lie about you may ask, try a simple thing like there is not notary public at the dealership... his boss is a notary and sits across the office from Chris, no worries, he notarized the POA which they NEVER sent to the bank. After 8 hours at this dealership and Chris receiving the banks word coupled with my contract with the dealership, that the bank would finance the car, I went home without the car.

To add, I spent the days prior to my second visit hammering out the fine details with the bank. I knew that when I got to the dealership, all that was needed was a few pieces of paper created by the finance guy, sent to my bank and they would process the already approved loan, making it really easy for the finance guy. How do I know it was that easy? because I have done it multiple times at other lots, the very same way. Less stress on me, less stress on the bank and less stress on the dealership. Sounds perfect? I ask again, will the business make it right? Will I be able to spend my money at your business? Tanner has my number

Went to buy a used car from the Volvo dealership and was promised to fix the seat. 2weeks of running around and no seat fixed. Didn't want to pay for the parts. Then offered me a $150 to take down all negative reviews of their company. And that I would need to recommend them to others. Lack of communication and non honest. Wouldn't recommend. If I could give them minus stars I would.

Great people - Great service. I have bought and worked with Infiniti of Boerne for the last few years and always had a great experience with them but decided on buying a Toyota this time. They were able to get me in touch with their Toyota dealership in MS. They had the car that I wanted and had it transported to me.

Can not get any information for them pertaining to tags and titles for a car we purchased from their Corpus Christi BMW location. After checking reviews realized this is actually their normal practice. Working on finding a legal action in hopes they will make good.

Great experience overall. I got set up with Billy via a 3rd party used car site that linked me to a minivan I was interested in, and Billy contacted me promptly and courteously - the dealer site didn't have photos of the car up yet, so he took the time to photograph the car inside and out and send me the photos directly. When we arrived to look at the car in person, it was ready and clean; I was especially impressed by the fact that despite being a Volvo salesman, Billy had gone above and beyond and clearly done his research on the used Honda he was selling. During the negotiations he was upfront and honest, and despite a small set back when we discussed trade-in value, I was done in a fairly quick amount of time. Marissa in finance was also very knowledgeable and professional. Second used car I've bought here, and would happily come back again.
